Analysis Of Influencing Factors And Research On Optimization Path Of Satisfaction Degree Of Rural Medical And Old-Age Care Mode In Southern Jiangsu Province

In recent years,with the deepening of China's aging degree and the declining birthrate,the aging problem has become increasingly severe,and regional differences have become the constraint for the development of fairness and balance of medical and nursing services.As a leading region in China's economic development,south Jiangsu province entered into the aging society earlier,and made many measures in the development of rural medical care.Although the government and society have made a lot of efforts and made progress in rural old-age care,there are still many problems in the development of rural integration of medical care and nursing,and there is still a lot of room for improvement and development.This paper will take rural areas in southern Jiangsu province as an example to analyze the current demand situation of the combined medical and nursing care mode in rural areas in southern Jiangsu province from the aspects of the development supply resistance of the combined medical and nursing care in rural areas,the demand willingness of the elderly for the combined medical and nursing care institutions and its influencing factors,and the demand content.Based on the multi-classification orderly Logistic model and explanatory structure model,the influencing factors of the life quality satisfaction of the elderly people who have been admitted to the medical and nursing care institutions for the elderly were analyzed,and Suggestions on the practice improvement and system improvement of the rural elderly care were put forward on the premise of combining the actual situation of rural areas in south Jiangsu province.The results show that family economic conditions,government policy support and the stage of development are the three fundamental influencing factors,which have a fundamental influence on the elderly's choice of the mode of "combiningmedical care with nursing care".According to the empirical results,the main influencing factors for the elderly to choose the "combination of medical care and nursing care" pension mode are family economic conditions,medical security level,government support,etc.,which are the key influencing factors for the elderly to choose the "combination of medical care and nursing care" pension mode.Indicators such as the elderly's participation in social activities,family harmony,social attention,relationship between husband and wife,and economic status are positively correlated with the elderly's satisfaction with the combination of medical care and nursing,which can significantly affect the improvement of their satisfaction with the quality of life.The improvement of the above aspects can play a good role in the development of rural areas in southern Jiangsu province.
