| As the aging of the population continues to accelerate,the government has put forward the strategy of fully implementing healthy China and formulated a series of old-age support policies.In this context,the combination of medical care and nursing industry shows a booming development trend.As an important participant in the medical-care industry,life insurance companies have significant advantages in terms of capital,data,platform and marketing channels.D Life Insurance Company is jointly funded by Shandong Provincial State-owned Assets Investment Company and foreign insurance companies.On the basis of deep cultivation in Shandong market,the company actively explored the national market.By the end of 2021,it had opened 4 branches and 30 center branches in China,mainly in Shandong,Hebei and Jiangsu provinces.However,the overall scale of D life insurance company is relatively small,and the business layout of the combination of medical and nursing care is relatively late,and the development is relatively slow.Facing the fierce industry competition environment,D life insurance company must choose the competitive strategy that conforms to the actual situation of the company.In this way,the company can enhance its competitiveness,seize development opportunities and achieve better development with the help of the company’s superior resources.This thesis takes D life insurance company as the research object and discusses in detail the company’s choice and implementation of hospital-care combined business competition strategy.Firstly,based on strategic management theory and analysis tools,the thesis analyzes the internal and external environment of the company in detail.SWOT analysis and internal and external factor evaluation matrix are used to summarize,analyze and evaluate the company’s internal advantages and disadvantages as well as external opportunities and threats.It is found that the company’s current strategy can not effectively respond to internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities and threats,so it is necessary to optimize and adjust the strategy.And then,through QSPM matrix analysis,it is determined that differentiation strategy is the most suitable competitive strategy for the combination of medical and nursing services of the company.Finally,the thesis analyzes the implementation of the differentiation strategy of medical care combined with business from the perspectives of product differentiation,service differentiation and geographical distribution differentiation,and put forward a variety of strategy implementation safeguard measures,such as Optimize the organizational structure,fully integrate resources and give full play to the advantages of conditions,strengthen the construction of professional personnel,upgrade infrastructure to improve medical care services,expand brand publicity and marketing efforts. |
