Research On The Coordinated Development Of New Urbanization And Industrial Structure Optimization In Sichuan

Since the new urbanization development model was proposed,our country’s urbanization development has abandoned the previous "lightweight" development model and turned to a new development path that focuses on enhancing the quality of urbanization and maintaining sustainable urban development.At the same time,now economic development entering a new phase,the industrial structure optimization is developing rapidly.It can be seen that the coordinated development of two systems will still be an important core of our country’s economic development.Hence,Sichuan Province as a large economy and population Province in the western region,it is important theoretical and guiding significance for promoting the coordinated development of new urbanization and industrial structure optimization in other provinces.First and foremost,the article defines the core concepts,and summarizes theory includes new urbanization,industrial structure optimization and coordinated development.At the same time,I conclude the principle of action between new urbanization and industrial structure optimization.Moreover,it studies the development level and present condition of the two systems in Sichuan Province,and finds that there is a correlation.The relationship between the two systems shows a steady upward trend,but there are three questions: First,the regional development of new urbanization is disequilibrium;the level of development and the urbanization quality are relatively low.Second,the upgrading of industrial structure is slow,the distribution of industrial structure and employment is unreasonable,and regional development is unbalanced.Third,there are still large differences in the correlation between cities.Next,based on the coupling coordination model,the degree of coordination between the new urbanization and industrial structure optimization systems in Sichuan Province is further researched in depth.Meanwhile,the municipal panel data of 18 cities in Sichuan Province from 2007 to 2020 are selected.Based on the PVAR model,the relationship between them is empirically studied from the perspective of dynamic harmonization.The results indicate that: First,the degree of coupling is steadily improving in Sichuan Province,indicating that there is an inevitable promotion relationship between the two systems,but the degree can be further improved.Second,the long-term mechanism of action between new urbanization and industrial structure optimization in Sichuan Province has basically formed at the current stage,but there is still much room for improvement in the coordination effect.Finally,the paper gives suggestions for the existing problems.The main innovation of this paper: on the basis of existing research,optimize the index system,refine "urban-rural coordination","industrial structure advanced" and "industrial structure reasonable" into the evaluation and analysis system,and further deepen the interaction mechanism between new urbanization and industrial structure optimization.At the same time,dynamic analysis of the new urbanization among cities and industrial structure optimization of the bilateral effect and causal relationship in short and long times,and based on this give some policy recommendations.
