Research On Financial Poverty Alleviation Problem And Countermeasure In Sichuan Province,wanyuan City

Poverty has always been a major problem plaguing the world,and the poverty reduction work of various countries has never stopped.Financial poverty reduction is an important component of poverty reduction programs both at home and abroad.Financial poverty reduction can not only expand the coverage of government support funds,but also promote the transformation of poverty reduction from "blood transfusion" to "hematopoiesis".It is of great significance for further promoting economic development and building a poverty reduction system and mechanism jointly promoted by the government,market and society.In recent years,China has drawn lessons from international experience and introduced a series of financial poverty alleviation policies and measures in accordance with the current situation of rural economic development and farmers’ production and living conditions,which have promoted the development of rural industries and the poverty alleviation and income increase of farmers.With the overall victory of the battle against poverty,the problem of absolute poverty in rural areas has been solved,but relative poverty will continue to exist for a long time.In promoting the strategy of "rural revitalization",the center of gravity and the financial needs of rural work will change,dependence on financial will further increase,but the financial has the property of profit,and itself can’t both social fairness and stability,the rural market and farmers want to depend on own strength to get sufficient financial resources,low prices,it is very difficult.Crucial achievement consolidated and rural poverty in the process of the revitalization of the comprehensive integration,countries how to adjusting and optimizing financial poverty alleviation policy to improve the financial guide force,grass-roots government how to develop financial poverty alleviation consolidation and rural revitalization work,financial institutions,how to provide the crucial poverty related to rural revitalization of financial services is to research and solve the problem.Based on the current situation of insufficient theoretical and practical research on this issue,this paper takes Wanyuan City,Sichuan Province as the research object,elaborates and analyzes the current situation,existing problems and causes of financial poverty alleviation,and puts forward optimization suggestions on this basis.The paper consists of six parts: the first part is the introduction,mainly introduces the background and significance of the topic,literature review,research ideas and methods;The second part is the theoretical basis and the definition of related concepts,which introduces the theories and concepts related to financial poverty alleviation.The third part elaborates the current situation and effect of financial poverty alleviation in Wanyuan City;The fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of financial poverty alleviation in Wanyuan City.Through questionnaire survey and interview,the author concludes that the financial poverty alleviation policy of Wanyuan City is not perfect,the organization and coordination ability need to be improved,the operation system needs to be improved,and the achievement of poverty alleviation is under great pressure.Through in-depth analysis,it finds out the main reasons for the problems of financial poverty alleviation in Wanyuan City are the imperfect financial poverty alleviation system,the imperfect financial poverty alleviation operation mechanism and the insufficient financial poverty alleviation guarantee.The fifth part is based on the actual situation of natural,economic and financial services in Wanyuan City and the deficiencies in financial poverty alleviation.The advanced experience of financial poverty alleviation work in Fuping County of Hebei Province,Dongguan City of Guangdong Province and Luzhou City of Sichuan Province with typical characteristics is selected for reference.The sixth part is aimed at the problems existing in the work of financial assistance to poverty alleviation in Wanyuan City and the changes in the future rural financial work and the financial needs of rural households,to put forward targeted suggestions,including the establishment of financial assistance to poverty alleviation and rural revitalization work connection system and mechanism,to further promote the construction of financial system and financial ecological optimization.To provide more comprehensive and richer financial services and security for rural economic development.The main conclusions of this paper include: One is wanyuan financial poverty alleviation policy guidance is not strong,difficult to give play to the role of financial capital of the rural economy to drive,in a crucial victory,poverty should fully understand the financial power of poverty engines and dialectical unity relationship between rural revitalization work,combined with local actual make long-term planning,set up the system of cohesion and integration mechanism from the macroscopic,give play to the role of financial policy guidance.Second,the financial organization system and financial ecology in Wanyuan City are not perfect,the financial vitality is insufficient,and the stimulus effect to the rural economy is not strong.Therefore,the financial organization structure should be further improved,the financial ecological environment should be optimized,and the mutual promotion between finance and economy should be brought into play,so as to drive the farmers to increase their income and become rich.Three wanyuan financial poverty alleviation is less secure,less insurance products,poor liquidity of production factors,assure means insufficiency,the infrastructure construction lag and so on limit o rural financial work of propulsion and continuous,should strengthen the cooperation of Banks and insurance companies,to improve rural production factors such as land,labor,energy,rich way of financing guarantee,to promote the construction of infrastructure and the construction of credit system,By providing equal rights and opportunities to the poor,we can break the vicious cycle of poverty,comprehensively promote rural revitalization and achieve common prosperity for all.
