Investigation Report On Financial Poverty Alleviation In Boli County,Heilongjiang Province

Poverty alleviation and development is a basic national policy and long-term historical task of China.It is the top priority for building a well-off society in an all-round way and achieving the goal of "two hundred years".In order to implement the major decision-making arrangements for the country’s poverty alleviation,in recent years,Heilongjiang Poverty Alleviation Office has used financial and financial levers to guide poor households to start their own businesses,and to make financial poverty alleviation a new type of poverty alleviation that is precise,sustainable and scalable.Change blood transfusion to poverty alleviation for hematopoietic poverty alleviation.Today,under the market economy,financial poverty alleviation has an irreplaceable role.In order to understand more about the financial poverty alleviation work in Heilongjiang Province,this paper,based on the research on financial poverty alleviation,takes the third-party sampling inspection and evaluation of the State Council as an opportunity to focus on Boli County.Using questionnaires,field visits,interviews,etc.,from the basic situation of poor households,family business status,demand and use of loans,awareness of financial poverty alleviation and other practices and effects related to financial poverty alleviation In this regard,the status of financial poverty alleviation in Boli County,Heilongjiang Province was investigated and analyzed.This study is expected to benefit the financial poverty alleviation work in Heilongjiang Province and contribute to the realization of comprehensive poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang Province in 2020.This report takes Boli County as the research area.Firstly,it investigates the current situation of financial poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang Province,collects public news through the official documents of the poverty alleviation website,understands the poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation policies of Heilongjiang Province,and analyzes the financial poverty alleviation process in Heilongjiang Province.Financial poverty alleviation data obtained through questionnaire collection and field visits are summarized.It is mainly described in terms of the academic qualifications of the respondents,economic activities engaged,income status,and expenditures.Then,the effectiveness and problems of financial poverty alleviation in Boli County were analyzed.From the standpoint of farmers,financial institutions and local governments,the paper studies the problems and practical difficulties of financial poverty alleviation work in Boli County,Heilongjiang Province;and puts forward specific feasible countermeasures for the difficulties encountered in financial poverty alleviation in Boli County.Such as:promoting financial knowledge related to poverty alleviation to local residents,innovating publicity methods;quickly establishing a rural financial poverty alleviation system that adapts to the new stage,and using the new method of"Internet+" to accelerate the construction of the most appropriate poverty alleviation model and management compensation system,and improve Early warning mechanism for risk.I hope that this study will benefit the further development of financial poverty alleviation in Heilongjiang Province and promote the early elimination of poverty in Heilongjiang Province.
