| At present,many financial institutions have proposed to cultivate and build their own competitive advantages.However,some commercial Banks are not quite clear about where the competitive advantages of commercial banks are and what methods can be used to cultivate their own competitive advantages.For commercial banks,the advantages of policies and mechanisms are important,but a team of highly competent account managers is also crucial.As a bridge for the bank to communicate with customers,customer managers provide customers with integrated financial services such as assets,liabilities,and intermediary business.As the creator of bank profits,the performance of customer managers has a significant impact on the overall economic growth of commercial banks and the continuous appreciation of assets.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to construct the competence model of customer manager.This thesis takes customer managers of commercial banks as the research object,mainly through behavioral event interview and questionnaire survey,to build the competency structure model of account managers,and discusses its application in human resource management of commercial banks.This thesis refers to the theoretical research and practical experience of customer manager competency at home and abroad,analyzes the existing problems of customer manager competency management of XY Bank Suzhou Branch,and discusses the causes of the problems,believing that the current problems can be better solved through the construction of competency model.In the process of constructing the competency model of the account manager,firstly,the competency element information is initially screened through the behavioral event interview,and then the questionnaire is compiled for demonstration.The final research shows that the account manager competency model is composed of five elements:professional knowledge and skills,customer relationship management,self-concept,internal drive,and teamwork.The five elements include their own secondary indicators.Finally,this thesis analyzes the feasibility of the application of the commercial bank’s customer manager competency model and summarizes the issues that should be paid attention to,and applies the researched competency model to the customer manager management of XY Bank Suzhou Branch. |
