Abstract/Summary:
In recent years,with Chinese rapid economic development,the banking industry advancing deepening reform,personal financial business and personal wealth management planning has a period of rapid development.In order to comply with market development,commercial banks set up the position of individual account manager in order to provide individual customers with more services of high qualities,in order to obtain exceeding profits.Personal Customer Manager is an important human resource of commercial banks and JT Bank of Jiangsu Province needs to have a high-quality personnel.The purpose of this paper is to explore the construction of competency model and apply it to the optimization and improvement of human resource management in JT Bank of Jiangsu Province,so as to reduce the cost of enterprise’s employment and enhance the competency of Personal Customer Manager.Based on the theory and method of competency(model),this paper has analyzed the current situation of human resource management of JT Bank in Jiangsu Province by grasping the internal information of the bank and gaining in-depth understanding of the job satisfaction of individual client manager.In the process of constructing the competency model,this paper combs the theoretical research on the relevant competency and competency model at home and abroad,and adopts the questionnaire survey and group focus interview(FGI),combining with the current situation of individual account manager to identify 20 competency elements,such as achievement desire,public relations ability,marketing,responsibility,etc.,to obtain the initial quality model of competency.Through the personal deep interviews and FGI meeting,the paper determines the specific definition and description of the 20 competency to the formal quality of the model.This paper then uses the model to improve the recruitment management,training management,performance appraisal management and salary management of JT Bank’s individual account manager,so as to optimize the bank’s Personal Customer Manager’s human resource management process better.Based on the human resource management needs of JT Bank’s individual account manager in Jiangsu Province,this paper applies the theory and method of competency(model)to the practice of human resource management of individual account manager of commercial bank,,and provides a new basis for the commercial bank Personal Customer Manager of the management practice with good theoretical and practical significance.
