Fresh pre-warehouse business is popular among urban consumers because of the advantage of closer distance to them.However,the door-to-door service puts forward higher requirements for the service quality and cost control of enterprises.How to ensure the improvement of user satisfaction,and at the same time,reduce costs to make profits,is the key to the success for M Fresh Electricity Company.At present,M Fresh Electricity Company is lack of the successful control of the terminal distribution service quality.Also,the distribution scheduling system is not scientific enough,which leads to the result that the 30-minute performance rate of the delivery(from start to completion of the order)is less than 60%.Therefore,how to optimize the terminal distribution scheduling strategy to improve on-time delivery rate has become an urgent problem for M Fresh Electricity Company.Based on such background,this thesis takes the distribution scheduling strategy in the process of order collection of terminal distribution of M company as the research object and establishes a mathematical model to solve it,in order to reduce the delivery time of orders in the whole process from order placing to delivery to home,thus to improve the on-time rate of terminal distribution.First of all,this thesis analyzes the current situation of M Company’s terminal distribution and points out the existing problems of M Company’s terminal distribution.Through the analysis of these problems,it is concluded that the order dispatching strategy and path planning strategy,as parts of terminal distribution scheduling strategy of M Company,are unreasonable.Therefore,the research focus of this paper is clarified,which is the terminal distribution scheduling strategy.Secondly,based on the time line of the order distribution process,an optimization model of the terminal distribution scheduling strategy is established,including time estimation model,seed order screening model,vehicle routing problem(VRP)model,batch sequencing and delivery model,and rider order allocation model.Then in the aspect of solving algorithm of VRP model,this thesis uses the owndesigned chromosome coding method and genetic operator to evolve the population in genetic algorithm,and introduce fast non-dominant sorting and large neighborhood serach(LNS),so as to accelerate the search speed of the algorithm.Finally,the entire scheduling strategy optimization model is programmed by using the MATLAB software,and the historical order data and model-related data obtained from the investigation of M Company are used to debug and run the program,and the final model operation results are obtained,and the results are analyzed.By comparing with the results under the original scheduling strategy,the superiority of the proposed optimization model is proved.The research results show that,compared with the original strategy,the time window satisfaction of the proposed optimization model has been improved by 27.3%,the overall delivery cost has been reduced by 7.8%,the proportion of on-time delivery orders has been increased by 22.7%,and the average delivery order quantity of single vehicle increases by 10.5%,which shows that the proposed optimization model of terminal distribution scheduling strategy can improve the delivery punctuality under the condition of balancing costs,and is effective.
