With the rapid development of the cold chain market,the problem of cargo damage and food security in the distribution of fresh agricultural products has become more and more prominent,and the return and exchange of fresh agricultural products has become particularly important.At the same time,the uncertain events that often occur in the distribution process also bring new problems for the distribution and return and exchange of fresh agricultural products.Based on the distribution problem of fresh agricultural products,combined with the reverse logistics problem caused by return and exchange of fresh agricultural products,this paper studies the interference of uncertain events in the process of simultaneous delivery of fresh agricultural products to the distribution system.First of all,according to the characteristics of fresh agricultural products perishable easily rotten,introducing the fresh degree function and the deterioration rate function,establish a fresh agricultural product freshness and deterioration rate and delivery time,the relationship between the definition based on service punctuality and the determination of the freshness of products,customer satisfaction function,on the basis of the minimum comprehensive distribution costs as the goal,to build at the same time take delivery of fresh agricultural products distribution mathematical optimization model.Then,in the event of uncertainty in the process of distribution,on the basis of detailed classification,clear the conditions of the distribution system to produce interference,and from the viewpoints of distribution companies,customers,drivers of interference incident occurred disturbance measure for distribution system,on the basis of the initial distribution model,combining with the interference occurs when the state of the system,In order to minimize the generalized cost deviation of system disturbance,a disturbance management model of fresh agricultural products distribution was constructed,and a hybrid algorithm was designed to solve the initial distribution model and disturbance management model by combining simulated annealing algorithm and genetic algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness of the interference management model and its solution algorithm of fresh agricultural products distribution with simultaneous pickup and delivery was verified by simulation analysis of an example.Compared with the standard genetic algorithm,the hybrid genetic algorithm designed in this paper is feasible and effective to solve the simultaneous delivery of fresh agricultural products distribution problem.Compared with rescheduling scheme,the interference management method has obvious superiority to solve the interference problem.Through sensitivity analysis,the research shows that the penalty cost coefficient of path change has great influence on the disturbance management distribution scheme.
