With the progress of mobile Internet technology and the personalized development of consumers,the traditional way of consumption has quietly transformed into experiential consumption mode.New retail business providers have emerged online and offline.Fresh new retail business is typical.This mode not only shorts the geographical distance with online customers,but also provides delivery services for online customers faster.For fresh new retail e-commerce,the level of terminal distribution has an important impact on the level of online business and the competitiveness of the industry.In paper,we take the fresh retail HM as the research object,and analyze the terminal delivery path optimization and distribution strategy.The following researches are mainly carried out:(1)Researched the operation mode of online and offline of HM.The operation characteristics of HM are analyzed.Based on the multi analysis of distribution business process and distribution status,the problems in its distribution process are discussed.(2)Researched the customer satisfaction degree of HM fresh delivery terminal delivery service,and fuzzed the time window.According to the delivery problem that HM Freshman had to solve urgently,the optimization goal was to minimize the total delivery mileage and minimize the minimum delivery time.Bi-objective distribution route optimization model with constraints such as vehicle load and delivery order number.(3)Aimed at the problem model,combined with the problems and genetic coding characteristics,the deficiency of traditional crossover and mutation operations was analyzed.An improved crossover operation of local gene sequencing with XO crossover and customer service prioritization service order was proposed and designed based on 0-bits.Gene-directed swapping and mutation operation preserves high-quality chromosomes through inter-species competition in parental and offspring populations.At the same time,it uses 2-Opt algorithm to locally obtain better solutions to replace poorer solutions and achieve improved and optimized algorithms.(4)In-depth analysis of the characteristics of the collected HM fresh delivery order information,combined with the characteristics of HM fresh delivery,proposed different delivery time interval delivery strategy,identified the order screening and distribution process,and based on the construction of the delivery model and the solution algorithm,in different Under the delivery strategy,the problems were solved and the distribution optimization results were compared and analyzed.The optimal delivery strategy was given to improve the customer satisfaction and improve the distribution efficiency.The rationality of the model and the validity of the algorithm were verified.At the same time,different orders were modeled.The following delivery strategies provide the basis for decision making.
