Driven by the booming development of Internet technology and the continuous improvement of social and economic conditions,China’s fresh e-commerce market is developing rapidly with the e-commerce market.The outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of2019 has pushed forward the fresh food e-commerce market.But with the gradual increase of participants in the whole market,the competition between different fresh e-commerce enterprises is becoming more and more fierce,which also promotes the development and progress of the whole industry.Fresh product supply chain management is engaged in fresh e-commerce industry enterprises should pay attention to one of the work,the success of fresh e-commerce supply chain management can help the company in the fierce competition to reduce costs,improve service quality,so as to break through many capital and enterprise dogfight situation,become the head enterprise.Fresh products easily in a long period of time distribution environment problems,such as decay,deterioration caused by the company operating costs increase,different customers choose when buying fresh products products of different kinds of fresh quality requirements are different,and the number of different customers each time order difference is very big also,coupled with the customer to accept delivery of stores distribution in different parts of the city,There are also certain restrictions on delivery time,which require enterprises to comply with the requirements and changes of the market and make reasonable adjustments to meet their own operational needs.Do a good job in the reasonable setting of fresh distribution path,can not only meet the different requirements of customers in the delivery time,but also reduce the cost of enterprises,improve the efficiency of distribution,and then provide a strong power for the benign development of enterprises.In this paper,the fresh product distribution business of M Company is studied.Through the past case analysis and detailed information from professionals,the fresh product logistics distribution of the company is studied.After analyzing the current business model of M Company,this paper analyzes and summarizes the composition of the company’s customer groups,the feedback information of distribution service and the operation status of distribution business,and finally finds out the problems of M Company’s fresh distribution business.From the problem to find ways and ways to improve,establish a mathematical model which is consistent with the actual situation,and further choose the appropriate treatment method to optimize the solution.Reasonable distribution routes can meet the strict requirements of different customers on delivery time,and ensure the efficient and high-quality completion of distribution services,but also to ensure that customers receive fresh products;For the company,a reasonable distribution path can minimize the distribution cost within a controllable range,reduce the impact of emergencies on distribution operations,improve customer satisfaction,and lay a virtuous cycle foundation for the development and growth of the company.Through the analysis of different levels of M Company,the current problems are found,and then the problems are transformed into mathematical models.Through analysis,it is concluded that solving the problem of distribution time is the key to deal with the current problem,and then the model is optimized by introducing the time window constraint distribution.Finally,the model is solved by choosing the algorithm suitable for the current situation,namely the genetic algorithm,and the optimized distribution path is obtained.Finally,matlab software is used to process the established mathematical model and the selected genetic algorithm,and the optimized results are obtained.Through comparison,it is confirmed that the optimized path planning model can effectively improve the existing situation of M company,and the optimization goal can be achieved.Through the research of this paper,a reasonable route is planned for M company,which not only meets the requirements of customers for delivery time,but also meets the needs of the company’s business development. |
