| To promote the formation of a new opening up pattern,the country is actively implementing the initiative of “One Belt,One Road”,with the aim of promoting mutual cooperation between China and the countries on the route,thereby promoting mutual benefit and common development.And the tourism industry is significant in promoting international exchanges and enhancing understanding among countries.It is an indispensable part of the construction of the “Belt and Road”.Under the strategic background,the paper discuss in depth the inbound tourism spatial and temporal evolution of the economic differences in the “One Belt and One Road”(China section).Because there are few studies using the EG index,the regional research perspective is single,and the non-equilibrium growth theory is often used as the theoretical basis of the research.The paper use various econometric models including the EG index and the “Whole-Partial(sub-regional)-individual(provincial)” regional perspective to analyse the spatial and temporal characteristics of the overall space of the inbound tourism economy,the differences of the spatial structure of the inbound tourism economy in the three sub-regions including “high-high”region,“high-low fluctuating” region and “low-low”region and the spatial linkages of the inbound tourism economies between various provinces.Finally through the use of non-equilibrium coordinated development theory,the paper conduct an in-depth analysis of the empirical results of the data to explore the “One Belt and One Road”(China section)inbound tourism economic imbalance and coordination.In this paper,there are some innovations in theoretical application,regional perspective and measurement model,and there is important practical significance for the development of “One Belt and One Road” inbound tourism.To discuss the difference and coordination of the inbound tourism spatial structure of the Belt and Road,the paper selected its inbound tourism economic data from 2006 to 2015,as an important indicator of its inbound tourism spatial structure.And it chose some spatial analysis method to explain its inbound tourism spatial structure.It included that: First,using the inbound tourism economic and industrial status to analyze the spatial variation characteristics of the Belt and Road and divide it into three local region including“high-high”region,“high-low fluctuating” region and “low-low”region.Second,using the first degree index,the Ellison-Glaeser index,the Zipf index three index to analyze the lead advantage,geographical concentration and scale distribution characteristics of the whole region.Third,using the there index to compare the three local regions’ difference of the three characteristics.Fourth,using the Local Moran’s I to analyze the spatial relativity of all theprovinces in the Belt and Road.And last,the paper based on the theory of unbalanced and harmonious development to conclude inbound tourism spatial evolution characteristics of the Belt and Road and the conclusions included:(1)Both unbalanced condition and harmonious inclination,both holistic unbalanced development and local harmonious development in the Belt and Road are existent.The inbound tourism development of the whole region is obviously different,but the difference is in the weakening trend and the inbound tourism of the “high-high”region is in the harmonious condition;(2)The maturity of inbound tourism is positive correlation with the rationality of region spatial structure,that is while the the local region being more mature,the inbound tourism development between provinces of it becoming more harmonious;(3)The three local regions’ types of inbound tourism spatial agglomeration are different obviously.The “high-high”region is mainly the“high-high concentration” type,the “high-low fluctuating” region includes the “low-high concentration” type,“low-low concentration” type and “high-low concentration” type,and the “low-low”region is mainly the “low-low concentration” type;(4)The maturity of inbound tourism is negative correlation with the quantity of LISA significant provinces of local region,that is the province numbers of evident spatial relativity of the “low-low”region are the most.According to these conclusions,the paper give some suggestions that on the one hand it should play the growth pole role,and the other hand it should pay attention to the inbound tourism development of the weak provinces to realize the harmonious inbound tourism development of the Belt and Road and finally promote the communication between the countries in the Belt and Road and the construction of the Belt and Road through the harmonious inbound tourism development. |
