For a long time,the study of sale system about electrical power plant automation equipment is not too much.China electrical power plant automation equipment company is depend on the power industry,which is characteristic of monopoly and market compatibility.The electrical power plant automation equipment company not only relies on the good quality but also the perfect sales system,especially the marketing channel.The sales marketing channel is not only a approach,but also the carrier of sales management system,the core competitiveness,the sales team’s secret weapon.Based on this,the article mainly aims at on the basis of the actual situation of S company,carry out specific analysis on the current marketing channel management research.S company is a leader in international power station automation equipment industry and a national hi-tech enterprise.It has a good performance and a leading position in the industry.However,in recent years,the global economic downturn,especially the European economy,and the impact of macro-control policies to protect domestic enterprise,S’s business has been a great impact.Now with the increasingly intense competition in this industry,a variety of reasons impede the development.This article is aimed at the actual situation of S Company,based on the current sales channels for specific analysis and research.First,this article introduces the background and significance of the research direction of choosing sales marketing channel management improvement,then make a brief introduction for electrical power plant automation industry and automated industry.Fully using the market marketing,sales channel and other related theory,through the survey to collect market and enterprise information,analysis the S company ’s channel mode.Through the literature search,qualitative and quantitative analysis,contact S company’s actual situation,showing the S company’s sales management model and the current some of the urgent need to improve,and to further optimize its sales management to provide theoretical support.In the process of integrating theory with practice,this paper analyzes that if we want to optimize the marketing system of S Company,maintain its strategic development,improve efficiency,win a monopoly position in the white-hot competition,we must optimize S company’s current marketing channel.At the same time,through the channel structure theory,channel conflict theory,channel design theory,channel system management theory and other theoretical analysis,developed a specific optimization program for S company.This paper hopes to find a scientific and effective marketing channel management system by combining the actual situation and theoretical research of S Company,hoping to provide a hand for the development of S Company,meanwhile,it will also provide the marketing channel system for domestic power station automation equipment enterprises Optimization provides a reference.
