In order to ensure the sustainable economic development, relieve the environmentalpressure and promote the ecological civilization, it is critical to develop nuclear power,so the government threw out a policy called “develop the nuclear power safely andefficiently” in the work report of2012.The basis of developing nuclear power isscientific nuclear power enterprise structure and safe and efficient human resourcemanagement mode. As the first nuclear power project constructed inland, theearly-stage work of Taohuajiang nuclear power plant is approved by NDRC and nowthe project preparation is in process. Its human resource management mode can’t takeexample by others because it has different external social environment and naturalenvironment from the existing opened plant. So it’s much practically significant tofigure out how to build safe and efficient human resource management mode specificto the Taohuajiang nuclear power plant itself and the external environment.According to the basic principles of organizational design, on the basis of thetheory of career planning, this paper have a systematic study on the appropriateconfiguration amount of the job, configuration type, post Settings, post value and postmanagement system, building the Taohuajiang nuclear power plant practice schemeof the project by multiple professional channel model of "personnel allocation, createpositions, complement", which has a strong guiding role in enhancing the enterprisecohesion, improving the organizational structure, carrying out targeted recruitment,planning reasonably and designing salary welfare system, etc. The paper integratesseveral theories such as management and economy and uses theory analysis, expertconsulting, group interview and comprehensive assessment as research methods andjob analysis and job evaluation as techniques.The main arrangement of this paper is as follows: The first chapter is theintroduction; The second chapter is theoretical basis and literature review; The thirdchapter is the analysis of the present situation of the Taohuajiang nuclear power planthuman resources management; The fourth chapter is the idea and method of multiple professional channel construction; The fifth chapter is the implementation ofTaohuajiang nuclear power plant multiple career passage construction; The sixthchapter is conclusion and outlook.
