The article described the concept and the development history of industry automation product, then discussed the macro environment and the industry environment of Chinese industry automation, and used Porter's 5-Force Model to study the current market and sales channel. Through Company O case study, the article intends to explore how the industry automation manufacturers in Chinese market can manage the channel effectively. The article explained the current market strategy and the channel situation of company O, found the existed problem. With analyzing the channel structure designing, channel conflict solving, new channel relationship building, to defined we should aim at different target market, to create different channels, and we should considering the consistent profit of each other, based on the win-win base to build the long term and efficient channel partner relationship, then make full use of the channel platform tools, to implement and optimize the company channel strategy.
