Data consistency is an important indicator of data availability in a data center.Data consistency requires that all data,pointing to or containing the same business element within the data center at the same time point,be the same or have acceptable errors.Only consistent data can reflect the production situation,be helpful to decision-making,and make the data center work.Redundancy backup is the main way to ensure data consistency in data center systems.The data volume of the cinema line group is not very large(about GB per day for domestic tops).However,cinemas are widely distributed,numerous,and in vastly different situations,making it very difficult to achieve real-time data synchronization,and there are many operations for data supplementation and renewing.If the line group data center is designed in data redundancy backup,a large amount of data updates,which will lead to extensive data calculation,storage,and synchronization,will overload the system as a structural risk in the data center.The construction of the cinema line data center requires flexible data processing methods.A data consistency algorithm based on message digesting was designed to cater the characteristics and usage requirements of the data in the cinema line group.An overall system architecture was planned for the cinema line data centers and was validated in a certain cinema line data center.The solution,which was proposed mainly based on message digesting data consistency algorithm,includes the following tasks:1.A design method based on message digesting was proposed.The core of the method is the consistency algorithm,which replaces redundant backups of data with message digestion to improve data processing efficiency,flexibility,and to save system construction costs.The MD5 digest algorithm is the basis of the consistency algorithm.The algorithm includes two processes:digesting and comparing.The digesting process stores the fingerprint information of the data,and the comparison process uses the fingerprint information to find out whether the data is consistent.The algorithm digests two types of information:the data table digest and the data processing digest.The table digest is used to determine whether the static data are correct,and the processing digest is used to identify whether the processing calculations between the data are correct.2.An overall architecture for the cinema line data center was proposed.The designed scheme adheres closely to the business needs and data characteristics of the cinema data center.The key of the architecture is to applicate the consistency algorithm in data processes,including data integration,inspection,verification,and other processes,while the application of practical scenarios also enriches the consistency algorithm.3.A validation system was conducted in the data center of a certain line group.The feasibility and reliability of the data center products were verified under specific business requirements,as well as specific software,hardware,data interfaces,and data environments.Innovative optimization was carried out for extracting cinema data,during the data integration process,and ideal results were achieved.Data in cinemas can now be extracted into the data center accurately and efficiently.The data consistency in data center was significantly improved,obtaining satisfaction from system users,and meeting the expectations of the research work.
