Message Middleware Based Data Integration And Its Application In Storage And Transport Of Oil And Gas

This paper introduces the data integration technology based on OPC and message middleware and the application platform development after integration. This system is developed for the increase of enterprise's requirement on information.The system is built on the existing enterprise's LAN, using hybrid distributed architecture of multilayer C/S and B/S.On the premise of ensuring that existing systems run, it can realize reliable data integration and application of several automatic systems. As a test, this project integrates one monitoring system and two weighing system. It has a friendly management and application interface, by which some operations are realized, such as effective data management, convenient field monitor, handy query and simple on-line analysis. These works acts as a basis for the later system integration and achieves the following effects:1,the central database integrated which can give decision and analysis system reliable raw data;2,RTDI platform based on B/S which can supply convenient monitor services;3,RTDI platform has good expansibility and gets uniform interface and external standard for subsequent systems.The first part of this paper discusses the system's background, the subject's meaning and the contents involved. After an analysis of the system's demand, a general architechture is given. Then the implementation of the software is emphasized, which includes database design, OPC data packer, OPC data analyser, data dictionary and weighing data receiver. After the presentation of the key technologies used in the system, the RTDI platform is described in detail, having platform structure, uniform standards, desktop tools and some key problems solved. The last chapter summarizes the results and deficiencies of this research and brings forward the work on this subject in the future.
