Mobile Phone Supply Chain Based On Cost-Sharing Contracts Research On Technological Innovation Decision-Making

With the continuous improvement of people’s awareness of environmental protection and the requirements of sustainable development,mobile phones,as a widely used electronic product,have received more and more attention to their environmental impact and resource waste.At the same time,with the intensification of market competition and consumers’ increasing requirements for mobile phone function and quality,the mobile phone supply chain is also facing greater challenges and pressures.In this context,the mobile phone supply chain needs to reduce environmental impact and improve resource efficiency through technological innovation,and also needs to respond to market competition and reduce costs through cooperation mechanisms.Therefore,it has become an important issue to study how to promote technological innovation and reduce costs in the mobile phone supply chain through cost sharing contracts.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to make cost-sharing decisions through costsharing contracts to reduce the cost of technological innovation and ensure the profit maximization of the supply chain in a fierce market,while considering the impact of each variable on the final outcome.Therefore,this paper first constructs a benchmark model consisting of a single chip manufacturer and a single handset manufacturer to consider how the cost-sharing decision is made in the cell phone supply chain under both decentralized and costsharing models,and the impact of each variable on the optimal decision under both models.Secondly,on the basis of the supply chain of a single manufacturer,two downstream manufacturers are introduced to build a competitive environment,considering the coopetition behavior between the upstream and downstream links of the supply chain,and discussing the optimal innovation decision of supply chain members under the optimal cost sharing contract,and through numerical analysis,it is found that under the supply chain structure of a single manufacturer,the innovation ability of chip manufacturers has a certain impact on the innovation cost sharing contract of mobile phone manufacturers.The intensity of market competition and the innovation ability of chip manufacturers will jointly influence innovation decisions upstream and downstream in the supply chain.In summary,cost-sharing contracts can reduce the cost of technological innovation in cell phone supply chains and thus improve the level of technological innovation.Therefore,in the future,more attention should be paid to the cooperation between upstream and downstream within the enterprise,and effective measures such as cost-sharing contracts should be taken to promote the sustainable development of the supply chain.
