With the development of market economy,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.For enterprises,if they want to stand firm in the market with fierce competition,they must perfect and optimize all aspects of the enterprise,and the cost control of the enterprise is a very important content.At present,the domestic mobile phone market is a four part world pattern of Huawei,Xiaomi,oppo and vivo.As a mobile phone manufacturing enterprise,M company,in order to gain a certain market share and living space in these large-scale enterprises,must control the cost of the enterprise to the extreme,and the value chain can control the enterprise as a whole from the strategic level,and advance the cost in an all-round way Bank management.Therefore,this paper takes M company as an example to study the problems existing in its cost control based on value chain,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.By summarizing and sorting out the relevant literature of the value chain,we can know that the strategic cost control can improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market when they carry out the cost control work,and make a competitive strategy that can promote the long-term and stable development of enterprises.At the same time,we can learn from the value chain cost management mode of Apple millet company.In this paper,the cost control status of M company is studied During the analysis,it is found that M company has some problems in cost control,such as the lack of cost control for upstream suppliers,the lack of cost control for downstream customers,and the imperfect cost control of the company itself.Then,the value chain is used to analyze the cost control of M company.Through the analysis,it is found that M company's strategic positioning is low-end products and low-cost competition.Its advantage is that it has a strong human resource base,a well-established R & D team and a broad sales network thanks to its cooperation with international operators.Its disadvantage is that the company adopts low price competition strategy,which leads to instability of raw material suppliers and poor product quality.At the same time,in the middle and low-end market,Huawei,Xiaomi and other first-line brands are also facing the squeeze.At the same time,M company must,on the basis ofunderstanding the cost behavior,divide the cost drivers from a new perspective to achieve effective cost control.The reason of cost control is that the cost control of upstream suppliers and downstream customers is not in place,and the problems of M company are also discussed.Finally,according to the analysis of the full text,the paper summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions of M company in strategic positioning,value chain and cost.
