Research On The Impact Of Patent Technology Transfer Network On Regional Innovation Capability In Pearl River Delta Urban Agglomeration

The report of the Twentieth National Congress of the CPC proposes to accelerate the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy.At the same time,with the indepth implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,there are more and more cross-regional knowledge and technology exchanges,the boundaries of innovation subjects are being gradually broken,the mode of technical cooperation is becoming more and more diversified,and the flow of resources is becoming more and more networked.Patent technology transfer is an important means to promote technological exchange and narrow the technological innovation gap between regions,and plays an important role in the in-depth implementation of innovation-driven development strategy in China.The formation of patent technology transfer network can not only promote the flow and integration of innovation resources,but also reduce the cost and risk of innovation.Therefore,it is an important way to promote regional innovation capability by studying the structure of patent technology transfer network and its impact on regional innovation capability.As an important economic hinterland and a demonstration highland of scientific and technological innovation of our country,actively exploring how to optimize the patent technology transfer network in the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration will help the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration enhance its regional innovation capacity and have great significance for the in-depth implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy of our country.The existing research on the patent technology transfer network and regional innovation capability has been relatively mature,but the relationship between the two and the impact of research is still insufficient.Therefore,this paper takes the PRD urban agglomeration as the research object,selects the patent transfer data of the PRD urban agglomeration from 2005 to 2020 as the research sample,uses the social network analysis method to analyze the structural characteristics of its patent technology transfer network.Then,using regression analysis,we reveal the influence of the patent technology transfer network of the PRD urban agglomeration on the quantity of regional innovation and regional innovation quality,and further explore the moderating effect of agglomeration,on the basis of which,we propose suggestions to optimize the patent technology transfer network of the PRD urban agglomeration.It remedies the deficiencies of existing studies on the analysis of the impact of patent technology transfer networks on regional innovation capacity and provides reference ideas for promoting the innovation capacity of the PRD urban agglomeration.The results show that:(1)Network node centrality has a significant positive correlation with regional innovation capability,and network node hub has a significant positive correlation with regional innovation quality,but has a significant negative correlation with regional innovation quantity;(2)Network node agglomeration can only promote the improvement of regional innovation quality,but also can significantly positively adjust the relationship between network node centrality and regional innovation quantity,network node hub and regional innovation quality;(3)According to the above research results,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from four perspectives of network node centrality,network node hub,network node agglomeration and their interaction,namely,the PRD urban agglomeration should establish an innovation exchange platform with patent technology transfer as the core orientation,promote the formation of innovation advantages characterized by patent technology transfer,focus on building patent technology transfer alliances and implement differentiated technology transfer policies.The aim is to provide reference for optimizing the patent technology transfer network of the PRD urban agglomeration and realizing the transformation of regional innovation from "quantity" to "quality",so as to promote the improvement of the innovation capability of the PRD urban agglomeration and thus contribute to the construction of a strong intellectual property right country in China.
