Analysis Of Jingdezhen's Innovation Capability From Patent Perspective

Jingdezhen is a millennium porcelain capital,and the kiln fire that has not been extinguished for thousands of years gave birth to a splendid culture.With the development of the times,Jingdezhen is constantly advancing with the times.The development of science and technology is the core of a city's progress.Patents are the manifestations of technological innovation.As an important indicator to measure the ability of independent innovation of enterprises,patents have become an important part of measuring regional independent innovation capabilities.Therefore,based on the status quo of domestic regional innovation research,the paper uses survey methods,literature research methods,patent information research methods and other methods to analyze the innovation ability of Jingdezhen.First of all,it will analyze the status quo of Jingdezhen's technological innovation,summarize the type of technological innovation,the main technology research and development fields,and the maintenance of technological innovation achievements,and select enterprises and individuals with innovative capabilities in Jingdezhen.Then it comprehensively analyzed innovative capabilities in various fields from aspects such as innovation subjects,major technology R&D personnel,technology innovation fields,legal status,and key high-value patents.Finally,from a patent perspective,Jingdezhen's overall innovation capability is fully evaluated in order to serve as a reference for the government's direction of support and to objectively understand Jingdezhen's ability to innovate and develop.According to the analysis,the patent application for the Jingdezhen area began in 1985.Since 2002,the number of applications has increased rapidly.As of September 1,2017,there were a total of 6,876 patents.The main areas of innovation are ceramics,automobiles,aerospace,pharmaceutical and chemical industries.Among them,the main types of technological innovation are design innovations.The main innovations are Jingdezhen Ceramic University and China Helicopter Research Institute.From the perspective of patents,it is found that the current ceramics industry in Jingdezhen has a relatively single type of innovation,mostly based on traditional ceramics,weak corporate R&D capabilities,and weak patent protection awareness.Jingdezhen enterprises should pay attention to the diversified development of innovation types.They should cooperate with universities and research institutes,and pay attention to the collaborative innovation of industry,universities,and research institutes.At the same time,the government should raise the awareness of patent holders on the protection of key patents,reasonably protect the achievements of technological innovation,and improve the city's innovation capability.
