At present,the collaborative innovation capability of industry-university-academy in China is still in the primary stage comparing with the mature collaborative innovation system in developed countries.The intensity of cooperation between innovation subjects leads the conversion rate of industry-university-research cooperation projects to be lower,and the result is bound to affect the rapid transformation and industrialization process of knowledge innovation.The industry-university-academy collaborative innovation can not only promote the update interaction of scientific and technological resources,but also facilitate the evolution of innovation network with the development of the era.At the same time,the research on cooperative patent can effectively reflect the situation and future development trend of industry-university-research cooperation.In view of the above problems,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the basic concepts involved in this paper have been defined,and the connotation of industry-university-research cooperation has been elaborated.Then,three helix theory,synergetic theory,social network analysis theory and modular innovation theory have been summarized.And social network analysis and scientometrics are made use of analyzing the composition,dimension,characteristics and links of industry-university-research collaborative innovation network from the perspective of patent.Secondly,a collaborative innovation network model of industry-university-research based on modularity and multi-agent embedding has been constructed.Selected Huawei Technologies Co Ltd.,which is a representative enterprise of information and communication technology industry in China,as the case study object.Analyzed cooperative invention patent situation of the company from the year of 2006 to 2016,used CiteSpace,UCINET and other patent information text digging and visualizing analysis software to analyze the nodes of the patent cooperation network between Huawei and universities,scientific research institutes and enterprise partners.The present situation of industry-university-research collaborative innovation with enterprises as the main body has deeply studied,and the patent cooperation network management mechanism has been summarized.Finally,according to the study of industry-university-research collaborative innovation network,the patent cooperation network models of cooperation between enterprises and universities,research institutes and suppliers/manufacturers have been explored.This paper has revealed the problems and research gaps of ICT industry in China through enterprise cases,and from a micro perspective have put forward the mechanism design and countermeasures for the establishment and governance of the patent cooperation network.Through the research in this paper,the spatial evolution path of patent cooperation network under different modes has been studied from a microscopic perspective.By establishing the industry-university-research collaborative innovation network model,the evolution mechanisms of industry-university-research collaborative innovation network have been analyzed,and the management mechanisms and countermeasures of optimizing patent cooperation network have been offered.This paper has provided scientific guidance and innovative ideas for the development of science and technology,as well as scientific theoretical reference for government departments to formulate relevant policies.
