| With the rapid development of the industrial Internet,various production centers in manufacturing enterprises have begun to gradually break their production barriers and maximize the profits of the entire platform through information exchange.However,Internet technology only realizes data sharing.With the rise of mobile manufacturing systems,how to further realize resource sharing in different physical spaces under the premise of data sharing has become a new research field worth exploring.For this idea,this thesis organically integrates the cloud platform,resource mobile configuration theory and job scheduling problem.It proposes a multi-center job planning for on reconfigurable manufacturing cell,thus realizing the integration of space and time schedules.The research contents of this thesis include:(1)An operating system architecture for on reconfigurable manufacturing cell is constructed,and the specific analysis is carried out from the perspectives of logic and function.(2)The operation mechanism for the reconfigurable manufacturing cell is analyzed from four aspects: factor composition,management objectives,input-output analysis of each subject and operation-related constraints.(3)Considering the uncertain situation that the workshop may encounter in the production process,the response-ability of the operating system to deal with uncertain information is judged from the elasticity perspective.The Elman neural network is used to construct the prediction model to help the enterprise obtain unknown production data in the production cycle.(4)According to the actual production task needs and the current production data introduced by the prediction model,the barriers between each production center are broken through mobile sharing,the manufacturing cell reconstruction of each center is realized,and the corresponding job planning is arranged.(5)A mathematical optimization model of multi-center job planning for on reconfigurable manufacturing cell is constructed.Among them,the model not only considers the general production constraints such as supply and demand balance,capacity constraints,time constraints,and production process constraints but also takes into account the intermediate inventory constraints caused by the different batches of each batch in the material network,as well as the constraints of batch division,cell movement and time scheduling in manufacturing.(6)The simulation analysis of the prediction model,the optimization model and the designed algorithm is carried out to verify the effectiveness of their respective functions.So far,the research on multi-center job planning for reconfigurable manufacturing cells can improve enterprises’ resource utilization rate and break the barriers between different production centers.Moreover,uncertain situations are encountered in the production process.In that case,the workshop can also clarify the uncertain information through the prediction model and return it to the system for subsequent dynamic adjustment of the scheduling scheme.In this way,the scheduling scheme can minimize the production time and reduce the production cost for the existing constraints. |
