| With the continuous development of the country and society,the production of knowledge and information is becoming more and more rapid,in the face of the impact of economic globalization on the world,the competition of state-related intellectual property rights has gradually entered our field of vision,and the university has determined the key role of university intellectual property management in the entire intellectual property management because of its own various advantages,such as disciplines,human resources,discipline environment,etc.In the article,the author mainly uses the library websites of 98 universities and related new media accounts as a sample to investigate the current situation of intellectual property literacy education in colleges and universities,and conducts a survey and comprehensive analysis at six levels,such as the importance of intellectual property rights,the development of intellectual property rights,the construction of platforms,the form of education,the content of education,and the management system.With the help of 98 university libraries,the status of IP literacy education is summarized,the relevant characteristics are summarized,and countermeasures and specific measures are proposed for the existing problems in IP literacy education in universities.This paper is discussed in five major aspects through the combination of theory and practice,one is to describe the background and intention of the research from a theoretical perspective,to sort out the research review and research routes and methods of China and overseas countries,and the other is to clarify the concepts discussed in this paper(such as the concept of intellectual property rights,the concept of intellectual property literacy)and to summarize and analyze the information literacy and intellectual property literacy.The third is the research part,which investigates and summarizes the actual situation of intellectual property literacy education in various universities,which is specifically to investigate the service platform,management system,university curriculum,intellectual property lectures,online micro-courses,knowledge competitions,theme exhibitions,publicity series activities,educational content,education objects,etc.of intellectual property management in 98 double-first-class universities,and summarize them in the form of tables to analyze the content,form and education objects carried out by intellectual property literacy education in colleges and universities.There has been some progress in intellectual property literacy education in university libraries in China,but there is still room for improvement.The fourth is to point out that the intellectual property literacy education of some colleges and universities is relatively excellent,but there are still some colleges and universities that lack intellectual property awareness,the overall development is not balanced,some colleges and universities have not built relevant platforms,the form of education is relatively single,the educational content has certain limitations,and the management system is not perfect.The fifth also gives out the relevant measures for how universities can carry out intellectual property literacy education,including the degree to which all parties should pay more attention to intellectual property rights,strengthen cooperation and balanced development between universities,pay attention to the construction of relevant platforms and set up education columns,enrich the forms of literacy education,carry out targeted education according to the educational objects,establish an efficient intellectual property management system,and support intellectual property literacy education in all aspects. |
