| In recent years,with the wide application of the Internet and the impact of the COVID-19,online purchase of fruits and vegetables has become the choice of many consumers,which has promoted the rapid development of the e-commerce supply chain of fruits and vegetables agricultural products centering on e-commerce platforms.Compared to other types of fresh agricultural products,fruit and vegetable agricultural products have the characteristics of easy decay,short shelf life,and high environmental requirements.Moreover,the e-commerce supply chain of fruit and vegetable agricultural products is influenced by risk factors from supply chain operation processes and external risk factors from supply chain processes.In order to achieve the healthy and sustainable development of the fruit and vegetable agricultural product e-commerce supply chain,protect the interests of farmers,e-commerce platforms,related enterprises,and consumers,and reduce the possibility of various risk events,it is particularly important to identify and evaluate the risks of the fruit and vegetable agricultural product e-commerce supply chain.Firstly,it elaborates on the research background and significance of the article,as well as the research status of supply chain risk at home and abroad,as well as the risk management of agricultural product supply chain.Secondly,based on the improved SCOR model,the 6 basic processes of the operation of the fruit and vegetable agricultural product e-commerce supply chain were analyzed,and 16 risk factors of the supply chain operation process were summarized.Through reviewing relevant literature and combining the characteristics of the fruit and vegetable agricultural product e-commerce supply chain,6 external risk factors of the supply chain operation process were summarized.Then,analyze and screen the 22 identified risk factors,and construct the final risk evaluation index system for the fruit and vegetable agricultural product e-commerce supply chain.Once again,combining the advantages of BP neural network in evaluating supply chain risk,a supply chain risk evaluation model based on BP neural network was constructed,and the model was learned and validated using MATLAB software.In response to the limitations of the BP neural network model,a genetic algorithm was introduced to optimize the weights and thresholds of the BP neural network,reducing prediction errors,and constructing the final GA-BP evaluation model.Finally,taking the fruit and vegetable agricultural product e-commerce supply chain of Company D as an example,the risk of the company’s supply chain is evaluated,and the total risk value of the company’s fruit and vegetable agricultural product e-commerce supply chain is obtained.High risk indicator factors are analyzed,and targeted risk avoidance strategies and suggestions are proposed to promote the good and sustainable development of the fruit and vegetable agricultural product e-commerce supply chain. |
