Agricultural Supply Chain Financial Risk Management Strategies From The Perspective Of E-commerce

With the process of agricultural modernization and industrialization,farmers and small-medium-sized enterprises enterprise financing problems have been restricting the development of the agricultural industry and rural economy.To solve their enterprise financing difficulties,agricultural supply chain finance,the new financing way,broaden the financing channels of farmers and small-medium-sized agricultural enterprises in the supply chain,increase their financing availability,reduce the cost of financing,so it improves the competitiveness of the whole agricultural supply chain,promotes the development of agricultural industry and rural economy.With the rapid development of internet technology and e-commerce,e-commerce platform have gradually penetrated into the field of agricultural supply chain finance,become the management core.Thus E-commerce agricultural supply chain financial institutions can use big data,cloud computing,AI artificial intelligence,blockchain and digital technology means,and E-commerce platform trading,credit,logistics and other data advantages,not only improve financing efficiency,but also turn several single individual credit uncontrollable risk into overall controllable risk of agricultural supply chain,so effectively lower the probability of financial risk.Firstly,This paper introduces the concept of agricultural supply chain finance and ecommerce agricultural supply chain finance and related theories,introduces the three models of agricultural supply chain finance:the traditional agricultural supply chain finance model dominated by banks,the agricultural supply chain finance model dominated by internet financial platform and the agricultural supply chain finance model dominated by E-commerce platform,analyzes the advantages of ecommerce agricultural supply chain finance.Secondly,it analyzes the risks of e-commerce agricultural supply chain finance and the current situation of risk management of agricultural supply chain finance.Then,taking JD Finance as a case,it analyzes the development of JD Finance in the agricultural supply chain finance,and focuses on introducing in detail how JD Finance effectively manages agricultural supply chain financial risks.Finally,through the analysis and summary of JD Finance,relevant suggestions are given to effectively prevent the financial risks of agricultural supply chain in Shuozhou.The paper study found that,in terms of agricultural supply chain financial risk management,Jingdong Finance is worth learning from:the financial products of JD Finance are targeted,that can avoid certain financial risks;it relies on the ultra-advanced intelligent risk control system of JD Technology to control the risk of all links in the whole process of agricultural supply chain;it relies on the huge transaction data of Jingdong Mall,that accumulated data advantages for the construction of internal credit investigation system and risk control;it relies on JD Fresh and JD Landmark Agricultural Products,that broaden sales channels and improve earnings for financiers,laid a good foundation for the prevention of financial risks;it relies on Jingdong’s self-built precision logistics system,that reduce the risk of financiers in the warehousing and transportation links,played an important supporting role in the development of Jingdong’s financial agricultural supply chain.Through the analysis of Jingdong Finance case,the author gives suggestions on effective risk management of agricultural supply chain finance in Shuozhou,from the perspectives of innovating financial products,increasing researching and applying the big data risk control technology,improving the agricultural supply chain financial service function of e-commerce platform and improving the construction of credit investigation system.
