Research On Performance Evaluation Of Goodix Technology Company From The Perspective Of Value Chain

Goodix technology company is a listed company,but also our semiconductor chip industry leader in the field of human-computer interaction technology.In this paper,we choose Goodix technology company as the research object,and combine it with balanced scorecard in the perspective of value chain to construct a performance evaluation system that fits the actual situation of the company.The entropy method is used to weight the selected 16 indexes,and the concrete scores of each index are calculated and analyzed.Finally,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions from seven dimensions.To sum up,this paper provides a train of thought for measuring the performance level of Goodix technology company and similar research afterwards.First of all,this paper sorts out and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature development process related to the concepts and theories involved in this paper,and explains the concepts and related theories of value chain and performance,it divides the value chain into internal and external parts according to their attributes,and introduces the entropy method and balanced scorecard that will be used in the future.Secondly,this paper introduces the core business of Goodix technology,its industry background and the company’s internal and external value chain,at the same time,it also describes and analyzes the company performance from seven aspects: Finance Dimension,Internal Operation Dimension,learning and growth dimension,supplier dimension,customer dimension,competition dimension and cooperation dimension.Thirdly,it clarifies the principle and construction method of the performance evaluation system,selects 16 quantitative indexes from the above-mentioned seven angles,and then constructs the performance evaluation system of Goodix Science and technology,the entropy method is used to weight and score the performance evaluation system.At last,the paper analyzes the above-mentioned results and puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of the company,hoping to add a force to the future development of the chip industry.
