A Study On The Continuous Use Intention Of County-level Converged Media Mobile Terminal In Guangxi

In order to better build county-level converged media,academia and industry have made many explorations.Enhancing user awareness and emphasizing terminal occupation are the key to building county-level converged media in Guangxi.Currently,county-level converged media mobile terminals in Guangxi still face issues such as weak communication effectiveness.Studying the influencing factors of terminal users’ willingness to continue using can provide direction for optimizing terminal products.Therefore,this study mainly focuses on three questions: "What are the factors that affect the sustained willingness of county-level converged media mobile terminal users in Guangxi?What are the influencing mechanisms? How to optimize county-level converged media mobile terminal products in Guangxi.This article combines the continuous use model of information systems,information system success model and visual aesthetics related theories,and takes information quality,system quality,service quality,visual aesthetics(technical level)and expectation confirmation,perceived usefulness,and satisfaction(user cognitive level)as independent variables.17 research hypotheses are proposed for empirical analysis,Explore the influencing factors that affect users’ continuous use of county-level converged media mobile terminals in Guangxi,analyze the relationship between various influencing factors,and provide improvement ideas and scientific basis for the optimization of county-level converged media mobile terminals in Guangxi.This study obtained research data through a survey questionnaire,used structural equation modeling method,and used Smart PLS3.0 software tool to conduct reliability and validity tests on the measurement model,as well as model fit tests and hypothesis path tests.Research has found that visual aesthetics,information quality,and service quality can all indirectly affect users’ willingness to continue using.This article proposes the following three suggestions based on the current situation of county-level converged media mobile terminals in Guangxi:(1)Pay attention to the design of visual aesthetic elements of terminals;(2)Original information content,improve publishing efficiency,and increase information types;(3)Accurate service,timely reflection and response,providing more social scene interfaces.To help optimize mobile terminals for county-level converged media in Guangxi and provide assistance for the construction of county-level converged media centers in Guangxi.
