Research On Business Process Optimization Of Foreign Trade Container Sea Rail Intermodal Transportation Based On Petri Net

Foreign trade container sea rail intermodal transport is the development trend of the international freight market driven by the global trade warming and the "double carbon" goal.Whether its business process is reasonable and whether the operation connection of business nodes is smooth is the top priority to improve the service quality of foreign trade container sea rail intermodal transport.With the increasingly normalization of the international epidemic prevention and control situation,foreign trade has ushered in a recovery,and the development of foreign trade container sea rail intermodal transport has accelerated.Relevant departments are making efforts to improve the carrying capacity and connection level of multimodal transport and innovate the organization mode of multimodal transport.Foreign trade container sea rail intermodal transportation has become an important way of international cargo transportation with its advantages of large transportation volume,low cost and long transportation distance.The reasonable and efficient business process is helpful to realize the efficient and smooth international freight transportation.Based on the above background,this paper makes the following research:Firstly,based on the relevant theories of business process optimization of foreign trade container sea rail intermodal transport,the existing import and export business and its process of foreign trade container sea rail intermodal transport are mastered through investigation,and the business process model is established by using Petri net,and the characteristics of the model are analyzed at the same time.Secondly,the internal relationship between business nodes in the model is clarified by using the incidence matrix reorganization optimization algorithm,and the business links to be optimized are determined.The import and export business process optimization scheme is proposed through structural optimization and accessibility optimization,and the optimized business process is constructed by Petri net model again.Finally,the Flexsim simulation tool is used to build the simulation model before and after the optimization of the foreign trade container sea rail intermodal operation process.The simulation model is run by reasonably setting parameters to sort out the output results.The analysis of the simulation results shows that the optimized foreign trade container sea rail intermodal operation process will reduce the business accumulation and reduce the business process cycle,making the foreign trade container sea rail intermodal operation process more efficient and smooth,It has certain guiding significance for the development of sea rail intermodal transport of foreign trade containers.
