At present,the potential of domestic rail-road intermodal transport is gradually released,the railway container operation network is constantly optimized,the traffic volume tends to grow at a high speed,and the rail-road intermodal transport modes are constantly enriched.However,the unreasonable empty container scheduling leads to the high cost and low efficiency of rail-road intermodal transport,which hinders the development of rail-road intermodal transport.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize and improve the empty container scheduling in the rail-road intermodal transport,so as to provide better container service for the cargo owners.The empty container scheduling in the process of "door-to-door" rail-road intermodal transport includes two levels: station to station empty container scheduling and station to door empty container scheduling.In order to provide better container service for shippers,this paper focuses on the optimization of station to door empty container scheduling,followed by the reasonable scheduling of station to station empty containers.The station to station empty container scheduling can realize the balanced distribution of empty containers,so as to ensure the smooth progress of station to door empty container scheduling.Therefore,station to station empty container scheduling is the premise of station to door empty container scheduling.In this paper,based on the current situation of empty container scheduling and the theory of container sharing,a container sharing system of rail-road intermodal transport is established.According to the two levels of empty container scheduling in rail-road intermodal transport,the container sharing system is divided into two subsystems,which are the railway empty container scheduling subsystem,and the container scheduling subsystem for shippers.In the railway empty container scheduling subsystem,in order to optimize the station to station empty container scheduling,this paper analyzes the current situation of empty container scheduling,establishes a mathematical model,takes the lowest time cost and scheduling cost as the objective function,and uses MATLAB software for programming to realize the reasonable scheduling of empty containers in the railway container scheduling subsystem,laying a foundation for the station to door empty container scheduling.In the shippers oriented empty container scheduling subsystem,in order to study the optimization problem of station to door empty container scheduling,this paper improves the empty container scheduling mode based on the container sharing theory and blockchain technology,and proposes the rail-road intermodal transport container sharing scheduling mode.In order to verify the efficiency of the sharing scheduling mode,the rail-road intermodal transport container transport process under the blockchain is designed,The Petri net model of the container transportation process before and after the improvement is established,and the simulation is carried out by CPN tools software.Three simulation indexes are selected for comparative analysis.It is proved that the shared scheduling mode of rail-road intermodal transport.To sum up,in order to improve the efficiency of empty container scheduling and reduce the cost of empty container scheduling,it is necessary to apply advanced theories and technologies to optimize the station to station and station to door empty container scheduling in the process of rail-road intermodal transport,and enhance the market competitiveness of rail-road intermodal transport.
