With the rapid development of power electronics technology,electronic devices are becoming more and more miniaturized,communication system,ionization system structure is more and more complex,due to the complexity of the transmission line,so the electromagnetic immunity ability of integrated circuit is very important,strong electromagnetic through coupling,interference and other ways to transmit energy to the internal equipment,the device internal destructive surge.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the mechanism of electromagnetic immunity ability of electronic equipment in strong electromagnetic environment.Understanding the sensitivity of electronic equipment to electromagnetic interference provides a design idea for the later protection design of electronic devices.In this paper,the design and application of electromagnetic disturbance rejection system are studied,and some disturbance rejection experiments are done with four different specifications of micro strip wires and power circuit boards.It provides important experimental data for later modeling and theoretical analysis.This paper combines pulse power technology,high voltage technology and power electronics technology to design an electromagnetic immunity system for conducting interference electromagnetic environment test field,and its design and application are studied,and with four different specifications of microstrip lines and power circuit board to do the immunity experiment.It provides important experimental data for later modeling and theoretical analysis.The specific work in this paper is as follows:The design structure of the electromagnetic pulse disturbance rejection system is described in detail,and the circuit design of the high voltage DC power supply part of the electromagnetic disturbance rejection system is completed,including the main circuit design and control circuit design,and the realization of the upper computer remote communication control system power on and off;The theoretical analysis,practical circuit design and device selection of MARX generator are given.The rise edge,amplitude and pulse width of the pulse are changed by adjusting the distance of the electrode.Self-anti-jamming protection is designed for the low-voltage part of the system.The design and principle of TEM chamber and load resistance are explained.Finally,the electromagnetic immunity ability of the applied electronic products is analyzed by collating the experimental data.The experimental results show that the output waveform of the electromagnetic pulse immunity system conforms to the project index.The pulse amplitude is 2KV and the rising edge is 15 ns,and the rising edge and amplitude change with the change of electrode distance.Through a series of electromagnetic pulse experiments,the practical application of the system and the sensitivity of the device to electromagnetic pulse environment are explained.The experimental data in this paper show that the output waveform of micros-trip line and power circuit board is interfered by pulse signal,indicating that the system can be applied to the electromagnetic protection performance test of electronic components.
