| As residents’ income levels and consumption willingness continue to rise,the consumption of condiments is massive.However,the traditional sales model is simplistic,and the market information lags behind,which cannot adapt to the changing market demand.In order to advance modern agricultural construction and accelerate the reform of the agricultural supply-side,it is necessary to innovate agricultural product marketing models.This study takes the Douban industry in the Pidu district as the research object,combined with the current development background of the Internet of Things.It conducts in-depth research on the development status,Internet of Things application situation,and strategic choices of the Douban industry under the Internet of Things background by using literature review,questionnaire survey,SWOT-PEST analysis,and Analytic Hierarchy Process.Corresponding policy suggestions are proposed,which mainly include the following:Firstly,through the analysis of the development of the Douban industry,the situation of major enterprises,and other aspects in the Pidu district,the current status of the Pidu Douban industry is illustrated by combining it with the technology of the Internet of Things.Specifically,this includes the introduction of intelligent management to improve production efficiency,the application of the Internet of Things to enhance information utilization efficiency and transmission coverage,the use of the Internet of Things to enhance consumer product quality confidence,the expansion of marketing channels,and the improvement of marketing efficacy.These efforts provide important support for the SWOT-PEST combination analysis of the Pidu Douban industry.Using the questionnaire survey method,the study identified the strengths(S),weaknesses(W),opportunities(O),and threats(T)of the Douban industry in Pidu district.From the four aspects of political,economic(E),social(S),and technological(T)factors,the SWOT-PEST matrix was analyzed.The matrix was used to obtain the key factors that influence the various dimensions of the Douban industry,which will provide indicators for the Analytic Hierarchy Process.The study constructed an Analytic Hierarchy Process model using the above factors.Through comprehensive weight calculation and consistency evaluation,the overall strength of the strengths(S),weaknesses(W),opportunities(O),and threats(T)was obtained.On this basis,the management strategy four-quadrant was plotted.The center of gravity point P is located in the quadrant of strengths(S)and opportunities(O),which belongs to the development strategy area.Overall,the development of the Douban industry in Pidu district is still mainly based on opportunity and strength strategies.Based on the internal and external environment of the Douban industry in Pidu district and the development of the Internet of Things,this study analyzed and researched the industry’s strategic choices.It explicitly proposed an expansion strategy decision,which includes firstly applying intelligent production and logistics management technology,upgrading product types,and using the Internet of Things to innovate and market the Douban brand.Lastly,strategically expanding the overseas market.To ensure the effective implementation of the strategy,it is necessary to establish a complete system of incentive-based management policies for the Internet of Things,promote the integrated development of industry chains,and cultivate innovative talent.These three measures will serve as guarantees for the successful implementation of the strategy. |
