After the concept of Internet of things was put forward in 2005,from "Industrial 4.0" to "Made in China 2025",the industry of Internet of things is booming.As the largest industrial country in the world,China's industrial Internet of things,which combines traditional industry with Internet of things,has been a research hotspot in the industrial in recent years.Nowadays,more and more traditional industrial companies are using IOT device,develop their own industrial Internet of things platform,connect the data collected from the Industrial site equipment to the corresponding platform for management,expecting to reduce the labor management cost of the device,improve the equipment life and production efficiency.In view of the IOT equipment of an Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.in Shanghai,the industrial Internet of things system based on cloud service is designed and implemented in combination with its actual needs.The system is divided into device module,middleware module and cloud service module,in which device module adopts Device-to-Gateway communication model,IOT device and gateway communication encryption uses wolfSSL encryption suite.The device module uses MQTT(message queuing telemetry transport)protocol to communicate with the middleware,which exchanges data with the cloud service through message queue.The middleware is mainly responsible for the secondary processing and encapsulation of the data uploaded by the device module and the commands issued by the cloud service.The cloud service module is divided into database module,cache module,user management module,data processing module and device management module.It uses B/S(Browser / server)architecture,Vue framework in front-end,Java language and mainstream back-end technology in back-end development.After the completion of system development,the middleware module and cloud service module are deployed on Alibaba cloud server.The device module simulates the IOT device of an Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd.in Shanghai through the program,and finally performs the function test and stress test on the system.
