In the past decade,the insurance industry has developed rapidly,and the scale of insurance companies has continuously expanded,resulting in a sharp increase in the data volume of business processing.At present,there is a situation that the customer systems are deployed separately by the relevant suppliers in the insurance data processing industry.The data processing rules of each system are included in various data processing modules,and the most important policy template style rules related to policy contracts are directly written in programming languages.Especially for some customers,after a long period of rule precipitation,there are countless business logic rules.Many business logic rules may have become invalid,redundant,which makes that it is difficult to extract and identify the rules.This requires programmers to read the code and straighten the rule out by combining the actual data.In order to solve the problems of system dispersion,inconsistent data types and formats,complex business rules,frequent system changes,and difficulty in troubleshooting system anomalies that arise during the rapid development of insurance policy data processing,we have designed and developed a unified policy data processing platform to provide a set of toolkits for the field of insurance policy data processing,which enables to reduce labor costs,and improve the efficiencies of system development,operation,and maintenance.In this thesis,the existing data processing systems are analyzed and studied,including the uniqueness of software in the insurance policy data processing industry,the concepts and technologies of workflow and operator matching.A unified data processing platform system for the insurance industry is designed and implemented.The main work and contributions of this thesis are summarized as follows:(1)The visual solution for policy data processing process and the engine modeling are proposed,which enables developers to realize data processing design processes in terms of drag and drop controlling on the graphical interface for the programming.Therefore,business data variables,data processing logic,support mathematical operations,dictionary conversion,condition judgment,string processing,and other logical processes can be defined through visual business logic design,which makes process of data processing development be What You See Is What You Get(WYSIWYG).The operational risks caused by personnel and business changes can be effectively reduced.(2)The method for the design of insurance data processing process engine and workflow item operator matching is proposed.This method combines the universality rules of actual business types to generate workflow items from the data processing process,and uses the workflow item automatic matching operator to drive the control of the insurance business data processing process.This method can integrate a large amount of repetitive business processing code based on the corresponding specific business logic,encapsulate complex data processing logic into visual and reusable operators,and directly select them to automatically form a business logic control program in business logic visualization.This method achieves flexible extension of data processing logic,effectively improves code reusability,which can meet the needs of timely development and maintenance of data processing software with changing business requirements,improve development efficiency and save development costs.(3)A unified processing platform system for Insurance data is designed and implemented.The platform system has functions such as visual processing flow releasing,querying,testing,and monitoring.Use of this platform system can make business rules move from offline to online,which can improve the transparency of business rules,effectively reduce business processing risks caused by personnel changes,and generate good social and economic benefits.
