Application Reserarch On Workflow Technology In The Processing Of Patent Agency Business

Workflow technology is the important technology for the achievements of processmanagement and automatic execution in enterprise business. It is widely used inenterprise-class office systems. Workflow is the concept that reflecting the actualbusiness process in computer application environment. Workflow is a method toabstract a part of or all of the actual business processes to be the contents which canbe identified by computer and automatically transfer.The patent agency business is a business for patent applicant to request the othersto apply for patents for his own business. It is the important part in whole process ofpatent application. The patent applicant through the patent business organizationscommunicate with the Patent Office and complete application for a patent. The patentagency business involves a large number of complex data and proprietary businessprocesses. In order to achieve efficient management and high quality services, theintroduction of workflow technology in the patent agency business management hasgreat significance.How workflow technology applied to the processing of patent agency business, toachieve more timely and efficient completion, and response of more flexible changesin the process, and make business processes more accurate data processing business,is the focus of this article. To solve the above problem, the author has have doneapplication research in the patent agency based on workflow technology. The paperwork has three aspects.First of all, in-depth analysis of workflow technology, to discover the lack of theworkflow technology，and then proposed method of data operation permissionscontrol algorithm, through the analysis the patent agency business processes data flowbased on workflow, we achieve the business process optimization and reorganization.Then we based on the method of combining data operation permissions controland workflow processes, using the hierarchical design ideas achieve the design andimplementation of the workflow engine which support the data operation permissionscontrol.At last, applied the research results that based on the workflow engine whichsupport data operation permissions control, according to the actual demand of the‖Liu, Shen&Associates‖.Through this system to verify the feasibility of this engine.After extensive testing,―Liu, Shen&Associates Paperless Patent AgencyManagement System‖has achieved good results in practical applications, and verified the feasibility and superiority of the workflow engine supported data operationpermissions.
