Research On Monitoring And Guiding Optimization Of Forest And Grass Network Public Opinion Under The New Situation

Since the use of the Internet entirely in Japan in 1994,the development of network technologies and network applications,the gradual enlargement of the net user scale,the decentralization,the compatibility,the propagation speed and the propagation range wide propagation system have made the generation and explosion of the network public opinion fairly considerable.With the objective gap between the information gap and the participation of Internet users and the ability to participate in the Internet,the public opinion is creating a rough wave in the reality as a public expression of "public expression" and "delay of reason." The undeniable representation of the threshold has sparked the desire for many masses to not voice up for the orphanage of the reality,but they did not think they were intentionally turned into propellers behind the public opinion explosion,but at the present stage,the scale of research in the net public remains fine,and many of the missing areas need to hurry research.Under the new situation since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.From the top-level macro perspective of ecological civilization construction,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the idea that mountains,rivers,forests,fields,lakes and grasses are a community of life.The promotion of ecological civilization construction makes the work focus on the forest and grass industry.Forest grass network public opinion is a vertical field of network public opinion,but in the actual response to forest grass network public opinion,the research results of network public opinion cannot be mechanically copied.The monitoring and analysis of the public opinion of the forest and grass network can provide public views for the forest and grass functional departments to formulate ecological protection policies,and can provide reference for policy formulation and implementation of ecological protection,such as forest parks,animal protection,natural reserves,wetland management and protection,provide the basis for management evaluation,and find out the problems that will happen or are occurring,Through data collection,framework design,indicator system design,mapping with actual ecological policies and ecological environment management of public ecological protection public opinion,a third-party perspective of forest and grass public opinion analysis is formed.The first chapter is the introduction to help understand the main content of this study.The second chapter focuses on clarifying the core concepts of "public opinion and related concepts" and "forest and grass online public opinion",thus consolidating the theoretical basis of this research.Chapter 3 analyzes the importance of this research from four dimensions: ecological civilization construction,forestry and grass industry development,online public opinion monitoring and social harmony and stability.The fourth chapter,through literature analysis,examines the status quo of the research,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the public opinion monitoring system and the guidance ability through the research method of case analysis.At the same time,it also cites the case of guidance anomia for negative evidence.Chapter 5 discusses the current difficulties and reasons of public opinion in forest and grass from the perspectives of audience,industry,media and technology.Chapter 6 connects the content of chapter 5,and then studies the different perspectives that can be optimized;Chapter7,from the interdisciplinary perspective,embedded in the background of software engineering to optimize the forest and grass online public opinion system.It is found that there are few public-oriented forest and grass network public opinion systems in China at present,and they only support simple function implementation.At the technical level,the instantaneity of public opinion monitoring is difficult to guarantee,and the low efficiency of data collection of forest and grass public opinion system directly leads to the difficulty of public opinion processing;In terms of ability,the ways and means of public opinion guidance are slightly immature,and the particularity of forest and grass public opinion makes the professional gradient higher than the guidance gradient.First,efforts should be made to strengthen public awareness.Therefore,under the new situation,it is urgent to change the public’s awareness,strengthen the professional quality of the media and public officials,put forward feasible optimization suggestions for the functions of forest and grass public opinion system,and cooperate with the implementation of policies and regulations.
