| With the continuous emergence of new technologies such as cloud computing and blockchain,more and more enterprises,in order to cope with market changes,use various ways to achieve digital transformation,based on business processes,and use management accounting tools and methods to organically integrate finance and business.Although China’s financial information situation is becoming more and more mature,it is not easy to use information tools to realize the real integration of business and finance.This paper chooses growing garment manufacturing company A as the research object.Company A has the ability and demand to connect various business systems and realize digital transformation.This paper adopts field research,case study and literature research methods to summarize the main problems existing in the business and financial information system of Company A in the main business links,including data fragmentation caused by heterogeneous business and financial systems,complicated business and financial processes,and difficult coordination of management between business and financial departments.Based on the theory of information asymmetry,this paper constructs an information sharing system for industry and financial data.Based on the financial system,the data and capabilities of the foreground business application and the background system are reused.Based on the theory of process reengineering,under the role of the information system in the industry and financial data,the process of procurement,production and sales is optimized and designed,and the test before and after the optimization of one of the process is conducted to compare the optimization degree.Based on the theory of management synergy,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of the information system of industry and financial data.On the basis of the above three theories,combined with the case study,the paper extends the relevant theories to a certain extent,and has certain research value.The research conclusions of this paper are as follows: First,the information system of industry and financial data can solve the problems of data fragmentation,complicated process and difficult coordination of management in company A.Second,the financial data center can achieve the goals of Company A from the three aspects of procurement,production and sales,including breaking the data wall,reducing repetitive processes and optimizing financial management.Third,in order to ensure the stable operation of the industry and financial data center,Company A needs to cultivate industry and financial composite talents,establish a good communication feedback mechanism and improve the internal control and maintenance standards of the industry and financial data middle office. |
