Nowadays,with the popularity of various new technologies,the development of major social media platforms has also advanced by leaps and bounds,but the voice of traditional media has appeared the shackles of spreading but not reaching.News commentary,as a unique trump card of traditional media,has not shown its unique characteristics in the new media era.For this reason,it has become crucial to reshape the language and form of news commentary in the new media era and to regain the right to speak in the official media.This time,we used the "Hu Yang Says" section of Tianmu News as a platform to create social hot news.The programme was produced in a number of ways.This creation report will analyze the 14 short video news commentaries created in "Hu Yang Says",and discuss the creation process of news commentaries from three aspects: content,production and dissemination.Compared to traditional news commentaries,they are more diversified,more user-friendly and more networked than traditional news commentaries;in terms of communication effect,the closer the topic is to the actual life of the users,the greater the participation of users,the volume of comments and the effect of social reactions.On the level of topic production,the short videos created are divided into five categories,and the creative bias naturally changes depending on the type of topic chosen;from the source of the topic chosen,it is mainly divided into internal and external sources;in terms of text creation,the ideology intended by the creator is conveyed to users through a combination of three aspects: the topic of discourse,the subject of discourse and the means of discourse.At the same time,it is worth noting that in today’s new media environment,both the creation of content and the production of selected topics require journalists to work together.In terms of expression strategy,the choice of angle of commentary has also broken away from the macro perspective of the past,and the choice of perspective has become more personal.In terms of language expression,the interactive form of communication maintains seriousness and basic principles,while at the same time providing a sense of humour and an official attitude;the use of friendly rhetorical techniques makes the column more compelling;the production of headlines has become more suspenseful in order to attract the audience’s attention;the narrative structure breaks away from the previous "three-paragraph" writing structure and becomes sharper and more effective.The narrative structure breaks away from the previous "three-paragraph" writing structure and becomes sharper and more intensive.Finally,in terms of communication effect,Weibo,Shake Yin,We Chat video numbers and Tianmu news client are all used as the main distribution channels for "Hu Yang Says",and different distribution strategies are used for different distribution channels.Social platforms such as Weibo and Shake Yin focus more on the timeliness of the topic and the flow of the topic,while Tianmu News client adopts an integrated communication strategy,so the timing of the video release is no longer a rush.The purpose of this report is to summarize the experience of creating short videos of news commentaries on social hotspots,and to present the problems of the industry regarding short videos of news commentaries,in order to provide some experience and inspiration for later content creation.
