| With the rapid development of internet information technology,mini-programs have become synonymous with convenience, usability, and efficiency. However, during the design process,it was found that the existing 12123 Intelligent Traffic Management mini-program was overly utilitarian and lacked emotional design. In today’s era of diverse information, the comfort of user experience is an important criterion for assessing the quality of a product.Emotion-driven design has become one of the ways to engage users’ emotions. Therefore,it is essential to focus on emotional design to enhance the product’s impact on user emotions, establish emotional connections, improve user retention, and shape brand image.During the initial analysis phase, research was conducted on the background and social significance of this topic to establish the necessity of the study. The research also analyzed the current state of emotional design in the field, which revealed that while there is a wealth of literature on emotional design, there is still a gap in the research specifically related to emotional design in intelligent mini-program design. This indicates the theoretical feasibility of this research.By studying the principles of emotional design,it laid the foundation for the subsequent development of emotional design strategies. In the implementation phase, specific issues regarding the user experience of the12123 Intelligent Traffic Management mini-program were identified through user research.Based on the research findings, two key issues were identified: weak emotional perception and complex operations.Design strategies were then formulated using emotional design theory to address these issues. In the practical application phase, the design strategies developed in the previous phase were applied to optimize the visual, functional, and reflective aspects of the mini-program.Using the 12123 Intelligent Traffic Management mini-program as a case study, the abstract design strategies were transformed into concrete product interfaces, validating the feasibility of the design strategies. The target users and their usage process were analyzed to study their usage habits and emotional engagement. The core design principle of "user-centered" was implemented to achieve the key goal of providing users with a better experience when using the product. This paper systematically reviews the theoretical overview of emotional design and intelligent mini-program interface design, and comprehensively investigates the impact of emotional factors on intelligent mini-program interface design.By applying the three levels of emotional design theory to the design of the 12123 Intelligent Traffic Management mini-program,the aim is to enhance users’ emotional experience.Ultimately, the goal is to ensure that users have a better perception and experience when using the product. |
