With the development of wifi, the demand of mobile terminal devices for users is more than the desktop platform, how to design a mobile device capable of adaptive sites of different sizes, to provide users with a better browsing experience service has been an important practical significance.In this paper, detailed object is responsive carpoolling website, and the main task is to achieve the users’ demand for carpooling through introducing the design, implementation process of responsive website, there are three core work. Firstly, the design of responsive web, implementing perfect layout on any device for web content and visual effects matching to the device. Secondly, to refine the search condition through providing the transfer search method and similar owners recommendation method. The transfer algorithm is based on Dijkstra shortest path algorithm, fixed weights and redefined the concept of reachability between nodes and nodes, so that the new improved algorithm can achieve the shortest transfer amount from a particular node to another node. Similar owners recommendation search is based on AP clustering algorithm, clustering analysing the property, including longitude, latitude, time of passengers, digging out potential information, obtaining the similarity matrix by calculating and the effect factor between individual records in order to get the owners who is in the same class with passengers, expanding the scope of searching. Thirdly, achieving the reverse maximum matching segmentation algorithm, so that passengers do not rely on the website of the auxiliary input function, and can also enter the location information as you want, improving path matching.Paper under the project background, study the above problems in detail, describing the feasibility of carpool website and system requirements. Again, the paper details the design of a variety of algorithms and the system model, and introduces detailed design and responsive site. For the current design, implementing the algorithms and carpool main functional models. Finally, the paper analyses and evaluates for the current site, and identifys the next improvement plan.
