| With the continuous improvement of international automobile industry develops rapidly and the economic level of,private car retains the quantity occurrence blowout type growth,but consequent is environmental pollution,energy consumption and traffic congestion and other social problems.The solution of these problems depends not only on the construction of roads and government policies and regulation,but also the need to reduce the number of units of time from the unit of time."Carpool" becomes the effective way to solve the problem,how to establish a good management system for the carpooling demand information timely and effective release,making the vehicle supply side and demand side can more likely do exchange information is effectively "carpool" means.Although different size and category of carpool management information system already exist,but the existing management system has been unable to adapt to the characteristics of groups taxi "miscellaneous",coupled with business of mobile communications technology development,new system requires not only faster receive different client information,and need for the first time,even on the real-time information feedback.Therefore,to be solved both in great demand and now carpool carpooling management system is relatively backward,the contradiction between.The paper does the system analysis,and adopts quantum genetic algorithm and MAGTD strategy for design,the reservation information of vehicles and passengers booking information sorting are respectively arranged for gene chain,for optimization problems in the system,in order to minimize the arriving passengers on the train time and maximize customer satisfaction as the goal,vehicle distribution chain and booking passengers ranking chain double chains quantum coding method is proposed;for genetic algorithm crossover and mutation operation may lead to premature convergence and later multiple loss problem,using quantum genetic algorithm design new operators of crossover and mutation operation.By carpooling system verifies the efficiency of the proposed method.The system is implemented with JSP programming language.The Server SQL 2000 is used to store the data.So as to realize the carpool information management systematic,standardized and intelligent,achieve the purpose of improving the efficiency of management of the carpool,and ultimately to reduce the number of cars driving,the maximum possible make full use of resources,avoid energy consumption,to solve the problem of traffic. |
