Research On The Application Of Artificial Intelligence Technology In Double First-Class University Library

This paper takes 42 double first-class university libraries as examples,investigates the current situation of AI technology application in China’s university libraries,summarizes the main areas of AI technology application in university libraries;finally analyzes the dilemmas faced by AI technology application in university libraries and proposes corresponding improvement strategies.The significance of this research is,on the one hand,to propose new directions and new ideas for the application of AI technology in the construction and development of college libraries,and on the other hand,to provide experience reference for the application of AI technology in general college libraries.This paper analyzes the concepts and theoretical foundations of AI technology in university libraries,the current situation,and the difficulties of AI technology in 42double-class university libraries through literature analysis,comparative summary method,and empirical research method,and is divided into six chapters.The first chapter discusses the research background and significance of the thesis,the current situation of domestic and foreign research,research methods,research ideas,and research innovation points,and puts forward the research focus of the article.The second chapter introduces the concepts and theoretical basis of the application of artificial intelligence technology in university libraries.The third chapter takes 42 double-class university libraries as the investigation objects,investigates the current situation of the application of AI technology in university libraries,and summarizes the main areas of AI technology in university libraries,so as to make a more in-depth analysis of how AI technology can help the construction of university libraries.The fourth chapter,based on the theoretical research and example analysis in the first three chapters,points out the dilemmas faced by the application of AI technology in double-class university libraries,namely the risk of leakage of users’ personal information in the intelligent user identification system;the difficulty of data collection and maintenance in the intelligent book positioning system;the small audience of the intelligent information pushing system;the imperfect management mechanism in the intelligent seat reservation system;and the lack of interactivity of the intelligent service robot.The fifth chapter proposes improvement strategies for the application of AI technology in double-class university libraries,namely,strengthening the protection of users’ personal information;optimizing the data collection and maintenance process;expanding the audience of information pushing;improving the management mechanism of seat reservation system;and improving the level of human-computer interaction.The sixth chapter summarizes the article and provides an outlook on the future application of AI technology in college libraries.
