| With the development of the Internet,the ways of social interaction are diversified,and the forms of social interaction are also changing.When "acquaintance socializing" can no longer meet all the needs of users,anonymous social software emerges at the historic moment,extending users’ interpersonal relationship continuously,breaking through time and space restrictions,and making it possible for users to quickly establish contact with strangers.At the same time,the Internet has opened up new possibilities for users to obtain social support.Network social support has become an important supplement to social support,and the Internet has also become a new intermediary of social support.In the virtual community on the network,people will establish an anonymous ID that contains their own personality traits,so as to carry out activities in the virtual community.Even strangers who have never met can communicate with each other and exchange information without considering their physical identity,from which they can get a sense of support.Taking the users of anonymous social software Soul as the research object,this paper explores the interactive behaviors and presentation behaviors of anonymous social software users seeking social support on the network.This paper is mainly divided into five parts.The first part explains the research background,research significance and research methods,and combs the research status of social support,network social support and anonymous socialization at home and abroad.The second part expounds the background and motivation of anonymous social platform users seeking online social support,and discusses the motivation of users seeking online social support under the background of social support changes,users’ social needs and platform development.The third part analyzes the interactive mode of users on the anonymous social platform by applying the function of anonymous social software.In the fourth part,through the analysis of user account,dynamic,interactive chat process,explore the anonymous social platform users in the process of seeking network social support behavior and causes;The fifth part discusses the positive effect and critical thinking of anonymous social platform users seeking network social support,summarizes the problems of anonymous social software users and the software itself,and puts forward suggestions for future development. |
