The level of development of manufacturing enterprises has gradually increased with the rapid economic development in recent years,and the competition has become more and more fierce,reducing costs and increasing efficiency has become an urgent task for enterprises at present.Many enterprises will only focus on the layout of the workshop production line facilities,for the same as an important factor affecting the production cost of maintenance area is not enough attention,especially for the LCD panel industry,its rework rate of up to 20%,the maintenance area plays a large role in the production costs of enterprises.Scientific and reasonable maintenance area layout can reduce the cost of product rework and maintenance area logistics costs,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.However,under the limited management level and economic ability of enterprises,they tend to ignore the layout management of maintenance area when arranging workshop facilities,and arrange it arbitrarily based on experience,which is too subjective and lacks scientificity.Traditional layout improvement methods combined with heuristic algorithms can better circumvent the subjectivity of traditional methods and improve the facility layout of maintenance area significantly.In this paper,Systematic Layout Design(SLP)method is combined with Genetic Algorithm(GA)to study the optimization of facility layout in the workshop maintenance area of YD Company.Translated with www.Deep L.com/Translator(free version)Firstly,this paper explains the theories related to facility layout and research methods,then briefly describes the current situation of facility layout and operation flow in the workshop maintenance area of YD company,analyzes the problems and reasons of the maintenance area;then uses SLP method to calculate the logistics intensity and nonlogistics intensity between operation units in the maintenance area and divides them proportionally,combines the logistics relationship and non-logistics relationship between operation units to get a comprehensive Finally,the initial layout optimization plan is drawn according to the actual production situation.Then,we establish the constraints between work units and the corresponding mathematical model based on the integrated interrelationship between work units and the workshop environment characteristics obtained by SLP method,and establish the objective function with the minimum material handling cost and the maximum integrated interrelationship to address the shortcomings of SLP method.The optimized scheme was obtained.The optimized arrangement scheme was compared and analyzed with the original scheme in terms of material handling cost and comprehensive interrelationship,and the material handling cost was reduced by 44.68% and the comprehensive interrelationship value was increased by 1.3%.The effectiveness and certain optimization ability of the combination of SLP method and genetic algorithm were verified.In this paper,the layout optimization study of the workshop maintenance area of YD Company was conducted,and the combination of SLP method and genetic algorithm was used to reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency of the enterprise.It provides a reference for other similar enterprises to carry out layout improvement.
