With the development of Internet technology,information has grown exponentially.Although the massive knowledge resources are accessible to learners,they also aggravate the burden of knowledge management.In the post-epidemic era,facing profound changes unseen in a century,skills related to personal knowledge management have become an indispensable skill for graduate students who have received high-quality education.On the one hand,exploring the influencing factors of personal knowledge management of graduate students and the relationship between various influencing factors is conducive to improving the relevant theoretical framework of factors affecting personal knowledge management of graduate students,On the other hand,it provides relevant theoretical guidance for graduate students to improve their personal knowledge management ability.After analyzing and sorting out domestic and foreign literature,combined with the three learning theories and SECI theoretical model,and combined with the practical characteristics of graduate students,qualitative research and empirical research are adopted to explore.In the qualitative research stage,the interview method and case study method were used to conduct research,and the three-level coding based on open coding,spindle coding and selective coding was carried out based on rooted theory,and the influencing factors of personal knowledge management of graduate students were obtained.Based on this,a preliminary theoretical model of personal knowledge management for graduate students is constructed,and the variables in the model are defined and explained,and then corresponding research hypotheses are put forward.In the empirical research stage,a total of 225 valid questionnaires were collected through questionnaire survey.SPSS26.0 and AMOS 25.0 were used to analyze the reliability and validity of the data and the structural equation model.Finally,in the qualitative research,it is found that the use preference,tool selection,tool sharing,application field and subject need are the five dimensions affecting the personal knowledge management of graduate students.Combined with the empirical research,the conclusion is as follows:(1)Use preference has significant influence on personal knowledge management,tool selection and tool sharing of graduate students;(2)Tool selection has significant positive influence on graduate students’ personal knowledge management;(3)Tool sharing has a significant positive impact on the personal knowledge management of graduate students;(4)Subject needs have a significant positive correlation with the use preference,application field and tool sharing;(5)The application domain has a significant positive correlation with the use preference and tool selection.In the end,based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward the corresponding personal knowledge management promotion strategies from the perspectives of schools,teachers and learners in view of the characteristics and actual needs of graduate students.
