In the mobile Internet environment,the connection between researchers is no longer limited by time and space,which facilitates resource sharing and team cooperation among scholars.Research social platform has gradually become an important platform for information acquisition and academic exchange between researchers.In order to better improve the platform functions and services,improve the user's activity,explore the use behavior of scientific research users and its influencing factors and internal mechanism,and provide reference suggestions for improving the service of scientific research social platform.In this study,qualitative and quantitative methods are used,focusing on the psychological changes of users themselves,to creatively explore the influencing factors of users' use behavior on scientific research social platform.first In Chapter 2,the research theories and objects of the social platform and users' use behavior are further elaborated;in Chapter 3,the users who often use the social platform of scientific research are taken as the research objects,and the original data are collected for coding analysis by in-depth interview in the grounded theory,Extract the factors that affect the use behavior of users of scientific research social platform;verify the hypothesis model of factors that affect the use behavior of users of scientific research social platform in Chapter 4,and use SPSS and smartpls 3 software to research;put forward relevant service improvement suggestions for users in Chapter 5.The original data in this study is obtained through user interviews.Using grounded theory to analyze and reveal the influencing factors that affect the use of platform behavior of scientific research users,69 initial concepts are finally extracted and summarized into 24 Categories and 10 main categories.The influencing factors are:personal characteristics,demand driven,flow experience,psychological contract,social network context,task context,and trust Information features,information source selection,platform functions and platform management.The results show that there is no significant positive correlation between social network context and use behavior,task context and use behavior,personal characteristics on use behavior,demand driven and use behavior,and flow experience and use behavior.Finally,based on the research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the development of the platform,including:strengthening the publicity of the platform itself,strict user identity authentication,strengthening management training,and improving the functions of the platform.
