The Reproduction Of The Collective Memory Of The COVID-19 Epidemic In The Mainstream Media Of Social Platforms

In recent years,with the continuous development and deepening of collective memory research,the issue of how to study collective memory from a localized theoretical perspective in China has received increasing attention from domestic scholars.Taking Marxism’s theory of “Spiritual reproduction” as the main thread,this paper studies the collective memory reproduction activities of covid-19 on social media through the content of articles related to covid-19 published by People’s Daily’s We Chat public account.First of all,this paper analyzes the types,principles and structures of collective memory reproduction in We Chat public accounts of People’s Daily,and puts forward an analytical framework of collective memory reproduction with structure as the core,the relationship between the three structures is revealed.At the same time,the important value of the collective memory reproduction of the official account is summarized from three aspects,namely,information transmission,social governance and emotional identity.By deepening and optimizing the reproduction of collective memory,the historical events of Covid-19 can be passed on more comprehensively and deeply,which can provide reference for better prevention and control of the epidemic and avoiding risks in the future.The recording and reporting of the epidemic on social media platforms are not only "digital fossils" but also powerful "weapons" for cultural inheritance and social governance.It is believed that in the near future,they will receive more in-depth and systematic research.
