The roll to roll printing system has the advantages of high automation,high production efficiency,and low cost,and is therefore applied in the manufacturing of flexible electronic materials.The phenomenon of air entrainment in the winding can affect the radial stress of the winding,leading to winding defects such as material collapse.This article studies the thickness of the air film in each layer of the wound roll containing air,and investigates the effect of the gas on the radial stress of the winding,providing a theoretical basis for improving the quality of flexible electronic products.The main research content of this article is as follows:(1)Study on the thickness of air entrainment film.By analyzing the characteristics of enfranchised gas leaking from the wound roll,the expression of air film thickness including stress and time variables was obtained.According to plane axisymmetric elasticity theory,the increment of radial stress in each layer is obtained Through numerical analysis and data fitting,the air film thickness of the entrained air layer in the malerial roll was obtained.(2)Study on radial stress of entrainment air Aiming at the influence of entrained air on the wound roll.according to the air film thickness of the entrained air layer in the wound roll,a model for calculating the radial stress of entrained air was established,and the calculation program of the mathematical model was designed.By inputting the corresponding process parameters of entrained air,the distribution law of radial stress of entrained air was obtained and analyzed.(3)Study on the influence of entrainment air on winding radial stress under different conditions.The influence laws of winding tension,winding diameter,winding speed,width of the wound roll and different tension modes on the thickness of each layer of air film in the woune roll were explored,and the influence laws of each factor on the winding radial stress were analyzed according to the radial stress model of entrained air winding.(4)Experimental study of winding radial stress.The CCS 1300 turret gravure machine was used to build an experimental platform,measure and collect the radial stress data inside the material roll,and analyze the data.The distribution of the radial stress inside the material roll was obtained,and the accuracy of the model including the entrained gas winding radial stress was verified,which provided certain guidance for the actual production.
