| Users now have access to a high-quality information channel thanks to the continual enhancement of government website construction and services.Currently, digital websites are complicated and mixed, and users’ pursuit of information authority and accuracy is increasing,so the general public prefers obtaining and using information resources from government websites, but it is unknown how efficiently users use them. Many users are task-driven to perceive and use government website information resources more strongly,so using government website information resources as the research object and studying the factors influencing users’ utilization efficiency of them is beneficial to government websites in understanding users’ needs more accurately and optimizing and upgrading themselves. This paper begins by explaining the background of the chosen issue, the significance of the study, the current state of related research, the research method, and the research’s general idea.Secondly, the paper compares the relevant concepts and theories, investigates the complementary features of the TAM model and the TTF model, integrates and expands them, proposes a model of information resource utilization efficiency of government websites, and summarizes them into nine research variables: information resource content characteristics, information resource construction characteristics, task technology adaptation, subjective norms, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, behavioral intention, actual use,and utilization efficiency. The above research variables have been defined, and research hypotheses have been offered.Thirdly, the questionnaire was produced, adjusted, and distributed in accordance with the research variables, yielding a total of 261 valid questionnaires for the follow-up study. To draw conclusions, the data were subjected to descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis,one-way ANOVA,and structural equation model testing using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0.The empirical findings show that information resource content characteristics and information resource construction characteristics affect task technology adaptation jointly, with the former having a greater impact.Task technology adaptation positively affects perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use,and subjective norms also positively affect perceived usefulness.Behavioral intention is positively affected by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use,and subjective norms. The impact of task technology adaption on actual use and utilization efficiency,on the other hand, was not significant in this study. Finally, four suggestions for improvement are made in response to the research findings: ensuring the quality of information content to improve users’ perceptions of usefulness;adapting task technology to improve users’ perceptions of ease of use;utilizing subjective norms to transform users’ information perceptions;and encouraging users’ continuous use to effectively improve utilization efficiency. |
