A Study On The Allocation Of Information Resources Of China Government

In today's society, information resources, as a kind of economic resources, has become important productive resources, at the same time, it plays a vital role to promote economic development and social progress. Government information resources is the biggest part in the whole social information resources, but relative to the growing information demand of people, the government information resources is scarce, therefore, it needs to solve government information resources disposition problem, so as to satisfy people growing information needs. The related topics of government information resources configuration are of the outlying subject in the intelligence areas, as a new management theory, it has not been formed a theoretical system, but with the development of research and the acceleration of national information technology, the situation will get continual improvement. Starting from the theoretical basis of government information resources, this paper makes a more comprehensive analysis and elaboration for the status of government information resources configuration and the existing problems, also analyzes the main cause of those problems, and in this foundation proposes our government information resource configuration optimization measures in the future.Firstly, Starting from the theoretical basis of government information resources, this paper introduces the concept and character of government information resources, the concept of government information resources configuration and several common configuration ways, and compares the various ways. Secondly, this paper makes a more comprehensive analysis for the status of government information resources configuration and the existing problems, and it analyzes the causes of the problems, and then in this foundation proposes the feasible measures of the Chinese government information resources optimization allocation in the future. The last part of the article makes a conclusion and prospect for the Chinese government information resource configuration optimization.
